Karen brings great customer service experience as former trainer for a national cosmetics firm and lead teacher of English at the secondary level. Her attention to the management of internal operations brings a high level of quality of service to our clients. Karen currently served on the 2009 – 2010 North Carolina Recognition Committee of the NC Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
