Appraisal Associates & Consultants is a third generation Native Floridian owned business with a combined 25+ years of experience. We are a fast growing business which provides several large organizations and lenders with clear well written appraisal reports in the Miami-​Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Business Owner

Im a third generation Native South Floridian born and raised in sunny Miami. I have been very active in the ever changing South Florida real estate market for the past two decades. I have experienced everything from the credit crunch in the 80’s to the BIG BOOM in 2005. With over 7,500 reports written in my 12 years of full time appraising, I have become very adaptive to change. I enjoy the outdoors and what better place to get out and have fun than beautiful South Florida. Thank you for your time.
