I couldn’t be more happy with the work Pyramid Flooring did for me in my new home. Kerry is wonderful to work with. He was straightforward on all pricing and helped me pick out hardwoods and carpet I loved.

We just used Pyramid Flooring for our home. I sell Real Estate and have used various flooring companies in the past… Hands down Pyramid and Kerry are the best. The crew was excellent, they stayed late in order to finish in one day, they were nice and very professional. Our carpet choice exceeded our expectations, above and beyond (thanks to Kerry’s help in our selection)! Their pricing was excellent as well. I will use Pyramid and Kerry on all my properties, and recommend them to all of my clients!

This company is a find!
In June ’12 I put flooring in my downstairs (wood and tile) by a company other than Pyramid. I planned to use them again, but they were slow getting back to me and so I thought I’d call Pyramid. SO HAPPY I DID.
The pricing for both companies was comparable, but that’s where the comparisons end. Kerry was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, was out at my house right away, and explained everything to me as he went. Answered my myriad questions, and treated me like a valued customer.
Committing to the project was fast and easy (I went with Pryamid’s 15-​month interest free financing.) and we were able to get started in a matter of days.
Jarred did my installation, (wood floors on the stairs and all of upstairs) and WOW. Look, if you are spending thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars on a project, you want it done right. You don’t want shortcuts, you don’t want somebody in a hurry to get to their next gig. I felt like Jarred treated my installation like he would his own home. He was cautious, deliberate, professional, friendly. He even fixed something the other company had done which had been bugging me for over a year.
Every day he thoroughly cleaned up after himself, and when he was done with a room he cleaned the wood floors, and washed the baseboards (something the other company didn’t do.) These little touches matter to me, and they should matter to you because it shows they care.
There’s a reason Pryamid has all 5-​star reviews. They are the kind of company you always want to do business with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Great service, high quality work, financing options
We have had our new floors for four months. Kerry gave us great advice and respected our budget. He was available to answer all of our questions, even when I had one 3 months after the install. Jared did a great job with the install and made sure everything was done right. They offer higher quality laminates than big box stores, and everyone thinks that our floors are hardwood. The no interest financing was a plus. We will be back when it is time for new flooring upstairs.

Pyramid Flooring System provided carpet and flooring for my whole house. The personal service and installation was number one. Kerry is a true professional, the price was in my budget. The best thing was Pyramid Florring came to Calaveras County.

Being the huge procrastinator that I am, I waited until half a week before my move-​out date to try and find someone to replace the carpet in my room (a result of an unfortunate glue accident). I called, left a message, and got a call back in a matter of hours. I explained that I wanted the situation to be taken care ASAP and that I wanted a no-​fuss replacement to minimize my costs, and we scheduled an estimate for the next morning. It’s now 2 days later and the new carpet looks great! I am 100% satisfied.
