History

Established in 2007.

Justin and Christina, both graduates from University of California schools, have been working with advanced students and tutors for over three years. Justin (Summa Cum Laude, UCSD, Molecular Biology 2006) started the business in 2007 after working with a San Diego-​based pharmaceutical company. Since then, the business expanded from science-​based tutoring to offer high school and university-​level support in all subjects, including thesis advising for graduating social science and humanities students. Christina’s (UCSC, Politics & Anthropology, 2006) professional legal and business background has helped Superb Tutors reach struggling and determined students now only in Davis, but also in San Diego, Monterey, and Palo Alto.
