Utopia Salon & Day Spa

My ladies were thrown out (no fault of theirs) by landlords from Creating Waves in C’ville. Still don’t know details * They moved to Utopia… where I have visited twice, called twice, with only one vague reply and called my colorist twice in one month. I’ve had no response and am a loyal, polite and good tipper despite minor complaints from myself. I find this completely unprofessional of the colorists and the management.

We had a groupon and my two sister inlaws and I got a nice relaxing pedi. Our nail tech Tammy was great. She makes the expierence of getting your nails done a lot of fun! She’s very attentive and a Great listener, she has a great sense of humor too. I would recommend her to anyone. The leg massage felt so good and my feet look amazing! Thanks tammy!

Do not do the living social deal for shellac from this place! They don’t keep appointments and they are very disrespectful! I showed up early for my appointment and then was told that I was never on the books, yet she knew she told me that time. She told me to make a new appointment. I drove 30 minutes for this and left work early. Not to mention I had scheduled it a month in advance. Finally she said wait an hour and I was like can someone else do it and then was told to ask for a refund. Very disappointed! I will never go to this establishment again. Buyer beware!
I would not recommend this place. There are much better places down the street. Avoid this place. I usually don’t write bad reviews either, but this is just horrible customer service.
