Okay. Straight up I had an excellent experience.
My masseuse was just amazing at her craft. I mean she is meant to do this
Really hope the business owner isn’t some sleazy slavedriver because i have a feeling these ladies don’t get to pocket the money from clients.
More about my experience.
You get your own massage room. I felt comfortable. Good ol elevator music but, you know, I could have provided better music.
Liked the use of oil later on.
Loved her consideration of time. Giving me the time i needed to heal. Not pushing me out at two seconds after the time mark.
The Chinese receptionist was attentive making sure I made it to the location so they could fit me in. I usually am pretty aware in asking what nationality. (common people be tolerant for christ sake)
Highly suggested. Whatever people, take random massage parlors with a grain of salt. Sometimes you strike gold! Like i did.

I had to write this review because some other peace and relaxation seeking individual may get duped. I went on a Friday afternoon at noon and like other foot massage places I’ve tried they had the big comfy chairs. I walked into their large massage room to see a woman getting a foot massage with her two year old standing next to her with his I-​pad. Though she attempted to quiet him, it was to no avail and he kept asking questions and talking above a whisper. What reputable massage business allows people to bring their two year olds even if they are slow? I have my own two year old and did not come to hear someone else’s yapping away and asking 50 million questions during the service that was supposed to be relaxing.
As my feet were soaking I asked to be moved to another room. I was moved to a makeshift room with two comfy chairs near the front check out (not sure why they didn’t put her there) where I had to hear customers talking to the cashier upon check out. I also heard the two year old talking at marathon speed through the front wall.
My massage therapist, though nice, did not seem to exhibit any real technique in the art of massage and I had to tell her to apply more pressure. This should not have been an issue because she was not a petite woman with tiny hands to begin with. The rest felt like someone simply rubbing my legs and feet while bored. I think someone’s available sister gave me the massage.
To add insult to injury, nobody apologized for the experience though I mentioned it repeatedly and when I went to pay, they added a dollar surcharge because they do this for credit and debit card transactions. Isn’t this illegal? They also asked for a 20% tip. Blasphemy!!!
I WILL NOT be going back and will stick with what I know… Heavenly Foot Massage… They know how to get it done and correctly!

I’ve been several times now. Never had a bad experience. I’m surprised to see some folks gave bad reviews. Don’t expect fancy linens or music that takes your mind to another place. The music is actually a wee bit irritating. They did have new linens when i was in there the other day that actually fit the table and aren’t just sheets. The point is these folks are good at what they do and don’t overcharge for it.

Today me and my husband went here for 2 hrs massage combo but we both are not satisfied with today’s service. Last time Jessica did the massage for me & she did the excellent job so i request today for jessica to do the massage for me but the massage she did its not the same what she did last time. I have notice every time when a new person do the massage they do a great job but when i go there in 15 days again & request the same person to do the massage for me than its not the same effort. Every 2^nd time i m disappointed with the service from the same person. I have tried Jack & Jessica both 2 times, The first time they both did a excellent job & 2^nd time they didn’t put the good effort in the massage. But for now have to take a break from the massage at this place & will try some other places too for the massage.

I have been coming here for a few years. I was very happy with my first visits and enjoyed going for the foot massages. I like getting the combo where it is back and foot spread over the hour. I have never had a problem communicating with my masseuse at any visit. The last few visits I have gone were with a different masseuse then I had had in the past, I do feel this has change my opinion about going back. It is a good place to go and have a massage done the prices are very fair. I have never had a problem with the environment or atmosphere. The place overall is dimly light. I have been comfortable on the tables and the chairs. Never had a problem with the towels being damp like someone had described.
I would still go back for a foot massage. I’m not sure if I will go back for a body massage however, I feel like the masseuse has changed at this time to individuals that do not attend to what I need from my sessions.
Good place to stop by for a foot massage and decent price. Be sure to be clear when scheduling appointment online.

I’ve recently been on a workout kick that has resulted in knotted muscles, especially in my mid-​back region. I found I Love Massage on Unilocal,and based on review, location, and special rates — I decided to give it a try during my lunch break. I made an appointment online and received a confirmation call in a timely manner that could fit me in within the hour. And as a working mom, it’s hard to find time for myself after work so I was excited to find relief for my aching back asap.
I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted promptly. As nice as the customer service is, I’ll have to be honest w/​the following:
1. The place is dingy, dark, and dank. I wasn’t at all impressed and maybe it’s just my own weird phobia, but I have a thing about looking for hidden cameras. Not to say that this place at all has been rumored to do this but the atmosphere kind of had me paranoid.
2. The rooms are small. The towel used to cover my body felt damp and gross. The face hole in the table was lined w/​a similarly dank towel that made me reluctant to use. On top of that, I was confused as to why they choose to tape a magazine page of a Mott’s Applesauce like family ad of a mom and two kids smiling. Random.
3. The masseuse was nice, I thought it was weird that he massaged me through the towel for the most part while saving the body oils towards the end. I didn’t want to be rude and say anything, but I would’ve liked to have had more attention focused on my mid-​back as I had asked. Instead, he focused heavily on my shoulders. I was specific I only wanted my back massaged, so I was a little uncomfortable when he worked on my glutes and lower legs for a few minutes.
4. He left the room to get heated oil and a hot towel, but as dank as the atmosphere felt, I couldn’t relax when these were applied since I just worried about it being dirty.
As courteous and nice as the workers were, the atmosphere was just too gross to relax. I won’t be going back.

Worst massage of my life! No one spoke English. Poured a gallon of oil all over me. I could not communicate any thing about my problem areas at all. These people cannot possibly be licensed. I have filed a report with the State of Georgia. Don’t go there! I did not leave any more refreshed than when I arrived and had to schedule a massage elsewhere three days later with a REAL massage therapist. And last, no respect for your privacy or the fact you are undressed. Two people entered my room during this debacle! They can’t possibly have professional training.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! As a marathon runner and distance cyclist, I have had many massages in my lifetime; Alex is at the top of the list. My back and neck were bringing me to tears after a long trip from out of town. I searched for a location for a massage all weekend, and found I Love Massage on Sunday. No problem getting in for an hour and a half massage. Yes, it was painful for me, but I knew what to expect, especially with the degree of knots in my back and neck. I really appreciated the amount of work put in to relieve some of my pain. The hot stones and towels were a nice surprise for me. Alex was very professional and courteous. There is ample parking, and good restaurants in the area for a nice meal. Booking my next appointment soon!

I really was biased towards liking this place because it’s a great location for me.
Very ordinary. Inexpensive, but not worth what they charge.
Atmosphere is fine. Parking is great. The massage itself had no juice to it and I left completely unchanged.

Great service and great staff. They do a great job and you can request female or male masseuses and couple massages.

$ 60 for a 60 minute massage. I really needed a massage (I have pretty bad neck/​shoulder pain, and it get unmanageable sometimes). I made an appointment a few hours before.
The pros: pain is now at a manageable (not great) level.
cons: everything else. Dingy atmosphere. My masseuse didn’t speak English, and had a cell phone on him that rang incessantly during the massage, which was both less than an hour and poorly managed. He (it’s fine that I had a male masseuse, but it would’ve been nice to be asked) managed the time badly and spent most of his time on my shoulders (which I asked for) and my ass, so much so that he didn’t do the front of my body at all. He also asked me several times during the massage to stay for another hour (uncomfortable and not relaxing). The table was really uncomfortable as well, and since the masseuse was putting pressure (a LOT of pressure) on my neck, my jaw kept pressing against the ill-​formed cradle really uncomfortably. As other people have mentioned, the masseuse spoke almost no English. For half the massage, he massaged me THROUGH a towel, and for the other half he dumped about a gallon of oil on me, which he then had to scrub off.
On top of that, the masseuse was also the cashier (and the only person in the building), so I had no one to complain to. As I was about to leave, he pestered me for a bigger tip (I shouldn’t have tipped at all). This is not a place with licensed or knowledgeable masseuses. There are no liability forms, and there really ought to be. No consultation about pain or the reason for the massage. And really, truly terrible music. I heard «the river flows in you» during my (short) massage. I won’t be coming back, and suggest you don’t either.

Unilocal — you let me down. A few weeks ago, I was in need of a massage, pronto. This place was close by and had great reviews. I called as soon as they opened for an appointment, and they said they could take me right away.
It was easy to find, plenty of parking, and a nice atmosphere. The lady at the front desk took me the room for my massage, told me to undress, and my masseuse would then come in. I found that odd — typically you at least meet your masseuse face to face before undressing. I should have followed my gut and spoken up.
The masseuse came in quickly, never introduced herself or gave me her name. She seemed nice BUT DID NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH. This was especially problematic when I tried to tell her to ease up on her pressure. She couldn’t understand me, despite my multiple attempts to communicate to her that her pressure was too hard. I was in pain (the unpleasant kind) during the massage, and it lasted for days afterwards. I guess in hindsight, I could have just jumped off the table and flashed her, but modesty got the best of me.

Best massage! My husband and I got the couples massage. They didn’t miss a spot, even the ears! We will be back.

First time trying just a foot message… it was awesome! The hot stones were my favorite!!!

I’ve never bothered with a massage before, but since I’ve upped my strength training regimen the need for one has become apparent. I got an unbelievable deal on a foot and chair massage that left me feeling refreshed and even worked out some sore muscles and tendons picked up by running twice a week.
The ambiance was spot on despite there being a busy thoroughfare right outside. Next time I’ll make an appointment at night so sirens and such don’t snap me out of my trance.
I can see this becoming a weekly thing. She’s that good and the prices are that reasonable. I hope you didn’t make it to the end of this review because you’re already on your way!

Yesterday I had a fantastic massage at I Love Massage. It is tucked away in a strip mall, but don’t let that deter you. I found a parking spot right in front. Upon arrival at the front desk I was immediately taken back to the massage room. I didn’t feel like I had enough time to undress and put my things away before the masseuse can in, but it was fine. I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage and it was heavenly. I was pleasantly surprised that hot songs were brought in at one point. I totally want to have a full hot stone massage. I thought the facial was nice too although I personally could have done without it. I felt totally comfortable during the entire massage and will likely come again. Upon completion, I was offered hot tea or cold water. I was also asked about how I enjoyed the massage. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

It’s dimly lit and open until 10pm, which alone gave me pause.
Lolita is AMAZING. She looks petite but her tiny fingers were SO STRONG.

Great place! I was able to get into a last minute one hour massage with Lolita. She was absolutely amazing! The price is right. The staff is wonderful. And most of all you leave feeling WONDERFUL. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to come relax.
