We are family owned and operated. Our arborists are trained professionals in the art and science of managing and maintaining trees and shrubs. We can identify the type of pruning necessary to maintain or improve the health, appearance, and safety of your mature trees, ornamental trees, hedges and shrubbery. We also provide cabling and bracing services.

Developing strong relationships with clients across eastern Massachusetts, we service residential and commercial properties both small and large by providing year round service.

Although tree removal is a last resort, there are circumstances when it is necessary. We can help decide whether a tree should he removed. We safely and efficiently remove trees and other woody plants of all sizes. We also provide stump grinding and brush chipping services.

In the event of adverse weather we are available for emergency service and storm damage clean-​up.

History

Established in 1994.

Kirk R. McKinney started the company with a passion for business and a love for trees. He graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with major in Management, and a minor in Psychology. He also holds a real estate license from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He owns and operates McKinney Brothers, proudly working along side his crew. He personally meets with all customers. He is a professional, knowledgeable, artistic arborist.

Kimberly A. McKinney graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Entrepreneurship /​Small Business Management, and a minor in English /​Humanities. She holds a certificate in General Insurance, a Certificate in Master Web Design, and a real estate license from The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is responsible for the business management and organization behind the scenes, including marketing, customer service, human resources, accounting, and insurance.
