What do we mean by that?

We give our clients WRITTEN, NO-​NONSENSE ways to hold us accountable. Here are some examples:

* If, for any reason, our client is not happy with our service, we allow them immediate cancellation. (No client has ever taken us up on this option, but it is there.)

* For our seller clients, we offer an option where we guarantee the sale of their home in 120 days or less, or we will buy their home (for a price acceptable to them.)

* For our buyer clients, we promise to save them at least $ 5000 on their purchase, or we offer to pay them $ 1000 cash.

Not many Realtors can (or will) guarantee such things. But this is why our clients derive so much satisfaction out of utilizing our services.

We do also offer specialized knowledge of foreclosure and Short Sale situations. We have been working in that market for close to 10 years. We help people avoid foreclosure.

History

Established in 2004.

Originally began with EXIT Realty in 2004.

Came to RE/​MAX to be among the best in 2008.

Have sold properties as far East as Nantucket, as far West as Webster, MA, as far South as Attleboro, MA, and as far North as Boston. That being said, our specialty is the Greater Boston (and surrounding suburbs) area.
