Last Sunday(8÷10÷14) I went to Skechers while doing some outlet shopping with my mother and my sister. My mother wanted to hit Skechers to find some new shoes. In a nutshell, my mother was in a car accident that left her with two broken ankles in addition to various other breaks, tears and contusions. The swelling from the breaks and surgery hasn’t gone down yet, so she was looking for a shoe in a size she was unsure of and wanted a style that just wasn’t going to fit across her foot. Our savior’s name was Julia. Julia explained the difference between memory foam and GoWalks, pulled a bunch of different styles out in various sizes and helped mom try on everything she liked. Nothing was fitting quite right, Julia suggested relaxed fit shoes, brought us to the other end of the store and started all over again. While we were definitely monopolizing her time and attention, Julia also managed to help a couple of other customers. Every time she came back, she was smiling and amazingly patient and helpful. She even tied my mom’s shoes for her — more than once. There is almost always a buy one, get one half off sale in this store, so my mother ended up getting two pairs of shoes she is super happy with, but most of all she left happy and talking about what fantastic service they have in a store that’s so busy. Five stars and many thanks to Julia and Skechers Deer Park fantastic service and for making my mom happy!
