Lose clothing and then offer someone else’s clothes to make up for it. Won’t take responsibility for losing things. Use language barrier to make you think they don’t understand. They do. Watch out…

It’s not real hard to find a good cleaner /​tailor, but I found the best. They have been significantly better than many overs I have tried. My family has been using their services for over 15 years now and have never had a problem with lost items, over pricing or follow through. They have moved locations in late 2015 from Lake cook and Waukegan to just up North a bit by Deerfield Rd. Give them a try — prices are average but professionalism is priceless !

Great hospitality. Always gets things done on time, sometimes even earlier. Great customer service. Seriously, I walk in and they know my face and my name and has all my orders out by the time I get to the counter. Very wonderful people. A small family run business, so you can expect tip-​top results.

Great local cleaners in Deerfield. Always do a good job, and get the stains out. Know you by name. I have come in and needed a table cloth the next day and they are always willing to do it.
