Total amateurs. Had them on a job last summer and they were borrowing tools from us to do their job, or try to do their job. They installed table flashing backwards (so it would drain into the house!) and used a sheet of plywood studded with screws as a kneeling pad up on the roof, puncturing it as they went happily along, plugged into their headphones. Run from this company.
