The Breakers on the Ocean is located on the ocean in Delray Beach. We have a pool, private beach, game room, free breakfast, WiFi, and complimentary guest laundry. All of our rooms are one bedroom apartment with ocean view and full kitchen along with a queen size sleeper sofa. All rooms have a balcony or patio. We are a perfect location for short or long term stays as our apartments are fully accomidated and full kitchens as well. One bedroom apartments are around 700sq feet and have outdoor patio/​balcony with ocean view. You never have to worry about breakfast as we provide a complimentary continental breakfast daily.

I booked this for the location on the beach, but our five night reservation turned into a one night stay and a four night cancellation. The staff was friendly, but everything else was awful. The AC wasn’t working, nor was the stove in the kitchen.
The owners of this property are cashing in on the location and seem to be content with it instead of putting any money into it for much needed renovations.
It ended up working out great for us since we ended up staying at a Marriott in Boca and saved ourselves $ 300.
Don’t be fooled, this a really rundown property that needs a major overhaul. This was the first and hopefully the last time I will have to cancel a hotel after staying one night.
