Rotelli Pizza & Pasta

It’s a south Florida Italian chain… Can’t expect much. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The pasta sauce wasn’t much better than that cheap canned sauce you get in the supermarket… No flavor at all. Beer prices are cheap, portions are good sized for the price. Be prepared to be leave unfulfilled.

As a frequent consumer of delectable substance I find this place to be a gem. Being situated in the midst of over priced, bad service, and long waits to be seated. I can’t say enough about the staff, and their kindness. Our server Rayelle was awesome. She recommended the soup of the day and she was spot on. The pizza is something out of Napoli. The taste was incredible. I normally leave the crust behind but not today. The chicken parmigiana sandwich was clean and fresh. The sauce is calling me back for round two. I will be back with friends.

Great food and service, I eat there at least once every week and I always end up satisfied. Also they have a fast delivery service.

Great food & excellent service! They are kids friendly and offer good deals! They current have a buy one get the 2^nd off dinner and early birds that I couldn’t believe!

I wish I could give more stars bc the food isn’t that bad but the service is HORRENDOUS & the management clearly doesn’t care about satisfied customers. Let me be clear, I am not talking about dining at the restaurant, it’s take out. Waited over an hour for delivery of 3 salads & a small pizza. When called to complain, manager offered nothing & didn’t even say I’m sorry. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. I suggest you do the same.

The Rotelli in the Home Depot parking lot is less crowded and the service is S-​L-​O-​W. The food is Rotelli which is OK, not amazing, but certainly a step up from Wendys and Applebees in the same complex. There is better pizza at Brick Oven across the street and down Atlantic a bit. Pass.

I placed a order here for delivery they quoted me a time of 30 – 45 minutes after 1 hour I called to check on the food they then told me 10 min ok fine understandable to be a little backed up. Another 15 minutes goes by I call again they then tell me that my food is not done yet and will be on its way soon. So after being lied to I wanted to cancel the order but I had 5 hungry people and it already being 9:00 so I asked how much longer it was really going to be he said to me 10 min. So I wait I get a call from the driver that he is lost because we gave the wrong address, I’ve lived at the same place for 3 years I think I know my address. Food is here 2 meals are not hot and two salads are missing the dressing. I call and they tell me that I’m wrong and need to check again that the dressing is there. I ask them to correct the matter and they offer me a lame $ 25 credit for the $ 70 that we spent just tonight and they are sorry that its not their fault they were short staffed. I say to him that if you are so short staffed you should have quoted me a longer time and he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and I was not quoted that time. …lesson learned if you want good service and Italian food on delivery order from Sals. I will NEVER EVER order from this place again
