Fairly quiet and small complex. It’s nice and hidden and fairly close to 380 and I35. This apt complex is in a great location which is pretty centralized. I love the dog park here. It’s the most spacious one I have seen besides the actual dog park. There is limited visitor parking therefore it’s best to rent a garage or covered parking spot. I have lived in quite a few apt complexes and this one is the best one so far.

I just moved in and so far so good! The manager is incredibly helpful and nice– some of the younger staff is a little daft but you win some and lose some. The apartment itself is nice and new– clearly a lot of work was put into it before my arrival– and when I have a maintenance issue, it’s been addressed very quickly. My only complaint is that the grass on the property is not well kept and muddy around my building; and that there is very little storage. My kitchen only has two drawers!

Do not even consider living here. Unless you like to a management that keeps poor records (management changed over during the lease, and many notes and comments on the apt lost), keeps your security deposit, not service your apartment, and give you the run errand.
Management is not responsive to tenants needs nor are they helpful. Took weeks to get a leaky sink and ac fixed.
