History
Established in 2003.
I started investing in real estate many years ago with my first home purchase. A small two bedroom in Highlands. I gutted the home down to the studs; exposing brick, replacing walls, creating new window openings and, if I can say, adding a tremendous amount of charm back into the home. I did all the work myself, minus the electrical, I had a professional handle that :). After that home was complete I jumped into the next one and my career in real estate took off from there.
