We were super impressed by the Bullies Carpet Cleaning company. We had recently had a negative experience with another company. Bullies came in and put the other company to shame. Our carpets are immaculate (even cleaner than I remember them being). They removed 99% of a permanent marker stain my one year put on the carpet too! I didn’t expect it to be removed at all. Overall, we will use this company again and I highly recommend you do the same!

Friendly and honest company. I own a rental property and the carpets were pretty trashed by my last tenants. The carpet cleaners discussed the limitations of what could be cleaned and helped me make an educated decision about whether to replace the carpet or clean it. I also had them clean the grout which is a light color and it looked practically brand new when finished. I was very happy and will definitely be calling them again!

We have had the Bullies Carpet crew come by twice now and have been more than pleased with them both times. Last fall, our basement flooded and they were able to squeeze us in to their busy schedule to clean our carpet. Given the urgency of the situation (we did not want the carpet to mold), we were thrilled. I believe that we also called them at an unacceptably early time in the morning to inquire about their services! Several months later, they cleaned our carpet which had been soiled by our dog & kids. They did a great job, were prompt and friendly, and worked with our budget. I highly recommend these guys!

This is an unusual rating. Cleaner from Bullies came to my house, looked at my couch that needed cleaning, and said «I could charge you $ 200 to clean this and spend three hours — but with this type of fabric and light soiling, you’re better off pulling off the covers and washing them at the laundromat for a few bucks.» She left with a handshake and a thanks. Impressive ethics.
