Established in 2015.

Todd ran a successful general contractor company specializing in historical restorations and million dollar real estate and commercial tenant improvement projects in California, Oregon and Washington states. He moved to Denver in October of 2014 and opened Class Act Handyman.

Business Owner

I started out in painting and paper hanging to help pay for tuition at the University of Oregon where I earned a Bachelors in Construction Management. After finishing college I became a journeyman in painting. I opened Class Act Painting and Restoration in Oregon and ran the general contracting company for 10 years before moving to California to expand my construction experience. In October 2015 I moved to Denver and opened up Class Act Handyman.
