Had lunch there today with 5 people. Our food took an hour to arrive and when it did it looked as if it’d been sitting out for a while and not fresh. Our waitress said the manager would take some off the bill because of the wait but when we got the bill nothing was taken off but a card for the games was for $ 10. Wouldn’t go back. Our bill was not worth the slow service and not so fresh food. Very unfortunate but thankfully the couple we went with made the time waiting more enjoyable. Disappointed.

Service is consistently terrible. We’ve been to Dave and Busters 6 times in the past 7 months, and regardless of sitting in the dining area or bar area, the service is awful. Wait 10 minutes to place our order. Wait 10 minutes to receive drinks. Wait 10 minutes to place our food order. Wait 40 – 60 minutes for our food(typically just appetizers). Or wait 40 minutes, ask where the food is, and were told they forgot to put in the order. Our visits typically consist of 2 — 8 people, VERY simple orders — a drink and 1 entrée per person. Yet every time the service at Dave and Busters is absolutely terrible. Will never eat here again, as time, quality, and price of the food is awful. If anything may return just to get a beer and play some games, but that’s debatable as the price of these has gone up and not really worth it.

The table service was abysmal. Overpriced. It was a let down to a place I didn’t want to go to in the first place. I won’t be patronizing here, again.

Ok the customer service here is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The servers at the bar and the wait staff do not really want to be here. It might be to poor tips as people drop hundreds on the games and when the bill comes not much of a tip. I blame management. 1 server for a section of over 6 tables. They must care more about the power cards than food service!!!

Paid $ 300 for our family to come to this NYE family party… Been sitting here now for 47 minutes & still No server to get a drink for our kids or us. Asked a person who appeared to be a manager and his answer was«a lot of ppl didn’t show up, you know how people are these days» yes I do and as a manager of hospitality myself that is NEVER the answer I’d give a guest. I would make it happen. Thumbs down D & B, don’t host events if you can’t handle it.

Worst bar tender service ever. Happy hour prices are terrible.(They don’t even show prices on alcohol anyways) so you have to ask or just look at your check. Food was okay but not worth the prices. They are very proud of this place, and I don’t know why. Manager just walks around with his headset doing nothing all night.

Dave and Busters! Games, bar, tvs, food — clearly a great combination, right?! But there are some things you need to realize before you commit. Weekends, UFC fight, any sport, night time — YES it is going to be busy. Parking is brutal, the kids are wild and will be running everywhere, you will have to wait to play games and it is crowded all night. Finding a table will be a challenge, there are a lot of reservations and hungry people. That being said. I met some friends here on a Saturday night at 8pm. A party that was on their way out graciously passed their table on to us. Someone headed over immediately and cleared the table, gave us menus and brought us drinks. Super speedy and friendly service! My guy and I ordered the braided pretzel and some wings, nothing special but they were good. They have an interesting drink menu here, things with fun names and pretty colors — pretty cool if you are just turning 21. I’ve been here a few different times over the years. They’re no longer on the ticket system — everything goes on your card(coins and tickets) which is great, just don’t leave your card in a game! They have a large selection of games, all of which are always working. I feel like too often, arcades are filled with«out of order» signs. Not here! They have a wide range of games for all ages, classic to new, video games to ticket winners, etc. Its clean, its fun and right next to a theater if you want to make a whole night of it. This is a great place for birthdays, dates, work events, all ages. Staff are excellent and friendly even in a hectic situation. I recommend going during the day to avoid the crazies.

Spent a Saturday afternoon here recently, and because of some icky Colorado weather, the place was packed! We started out in the dining area with an excellent waitress, who handled our 11-way split check. Impressive! It was nice in there, not too many people so it didn’t feel like a madhouse. The game«room» was absolutely packed with people, but somehow there wasn’t much of a wait for the games, which was nice. Even though most of my group are in their 30s, we had a blast. What an excellent way to spend a snowy day! We will definitely be back again and again, especially for those fancy flashy cocktails. The glow in the dark ones are highly entertaining too! Just because we are old enough to drink doesn’t mean we have to act like it!

DnB’s is a fun place to go for a more chill night out(as in, it’s not like going downtown). They have Happy Hour drink specials when prices are great, twice a day. I would recommend checking their website before you go, too. They have lots of different game-play specials based on the days, but the hostess may or may not mention those when you check in! The Power Hour card is a good deal in theory, BUT after getting it we quickly realized that the great majority of the games there were ticket games for which the card was invalid. Lame. Of the non-ticket games they had, 90% are shooting games, and 9% were driving games. This meant that our selection was quite limited and so we ended up playing the few games several times and re-swiping to continue. Oh, and several of their card readers were finicky, so we wasted a lot of time just trying to get into the games! Overall, it’s a decent option for a place with activities and drinks, food too if you’re so inclined.

Can I leave no stars? I’ve been to Dave & Buster’s in a few states. This one is the worst, hands down. First off, came here for the family atmosphere to watch the Broncos game with friends. After all, I’m in Denver. Well, this crazy place now has a DJ blasting crazinezs, comments & super loud music. Came to watch the game and eat, not listen to DJ trying to be act out a child hood fantasy of being an NFL color commentator. And the food took forever to come from the kitchen. We spoke to several people in charge. Told repeatedly«it’s policy» for the DJ. That’s just unacceptable. Finally, halfway into first period, we were offered to go to a closed off room with a big screen TV. Much better. … almost, then the power went out and we missed a touchdown. This place sucks. I’m gonna show this to the manager.

Great place to hang out with friends or with a date! I like coming here on a Wednesday because it’s ½ priced games, and they’ve added tons of games since the first time I went there. My favorite is the Mario Kart. It’s spacious and is nicely divided from the Game Center, the bar where you can watch games, pool tables and the restaurant. It’s also right next to the movie theater so you can play some games and have a drink while you wait for your movie go start!

This location is okay. Good selection on drinks. The only thing I really dislike about this location is they charged a cover since a fight was on tv. We weren’t there to watch TV! Why should we have to pay the cover?! Bad business. I’ll pay $ 8 bucks for drinks else where that doesn’t make me pay to do so.

I have been coming here ever since I first moved to Denver 10 years ago. While it is fun, it can get expensive real quick. What has changed over the last few years is on Friday and Saturday nights, it seems to be a little bit less comfortable atmosphere. Last time I was there, they had two police officers walking the area. I think it is related to the«club» scene which starts at 10. That is when they are supposed to make anyone under 18 leave and a DJ starts playing(although, I still saw many small children running around for quite a while after). And even during the day it has the same vibe. I was there this week and some random stoned guy was just hanging out in front trying to talk to me and my friends while stumbling around the place. This was at 4pm. I know he was stoned given the blunt he was walking around with, fyi.

First of all if you can find the entrance, congratulations. No signage at all from parking garage. Walked into United theater to ask for directions and the gal there was clearly annoyed with me as I’m sure that happens a thousand times a week. Virtually every table in the arcade was not cleared from previous guests. Didn’t order food per low ratings and it pretty much looked like deep fried cafeteria food. Besides, couldn’t even find a clean table. 2 stars for good games.

This was my first time going. I had the Serloin steak. It was ok, not very tender or juicy but the flavor was good. The loaded mashed potatoes and crispy onion were both very good. The service was very good from the man who greeted us to the hostess and our waitress. Nice atmosphere that kinded reminded me of Las Vegas. The arcade was not really what i was expecting. It was more like a carnival where you accumulate tickets and trade in for prizes. I personally prefer video games, very few of those. Also no pinball, which i love. I do want to go back and try one of their burgers. They look delicious. But i will skip the arcade.

We have one in St. Louis and we have been there quite a few times. This one is a lot bigger. It is a little confusing on how to get the cards and the self use kiosk for setting up the rewards account would not work. The waitress was very nice however we were waiting on her for awhile for the drinks and to collect the check. Over all it was a good experience.

Great place to take people of all ages to have some good old fashion fun. They have Ping pong, pool, virtual golf, and a game room with all the latest arcade ticket games and video games– my favorite being the shooter games! They have decent food but one of those menus that is so large, it’s overwhelming. They have the typical bar style food with a surprisingly more upscale selection as well! For all my drinkers out there, they have every imaginable alcoholic drink available, with a decent amount of brews on draft! Even more remarkable, they had a happy hour(don’t know if it’s only on Tuesday nights) that had every spirit, bottom or top shelf, HALFOFF! Very dangerous! The service was really night and day based on the area we were at. In our reserved area we were well taken care, servers were fast and very accommodating. When we moved to the large game room it was horrendous, my opinion is largely based on the fact that I sat at the bar and asked for water and it took 20 minutes, with the bartender seeming to completely ignore me. Overall, I have had a quality experience every time I’ve been to this establishment because of quality of entertainment options they have but the service is always hit or miss! Normally a really fun experience!

This is a great place to just let loose and be a teen again. I wasn’t too concerned about getting tickets(because I’m not 10 years old) so it was all just fun. They have a life sized connect four which was interesting, a life sized pacman game, air hockey of course, basketball and much more. Went on a Wednesday night and the dj was one of the best djs I’d ever listened to. He was rude when I asked him about where else he djs at but whatever. Ate at the bar in the front. The calamari was good they do fool you with the quantity by placing fried jalapeños and fries on the same plate so if you order that, beware. Ordered a strawberry Margarita, apparently it comes with strawberry ice cubes but they said they were out of them… overall apparently pretty good night.

It’s a gigantic place in here, but it really needs a freshinging up. The hand of a competent, agressive, detail-oriented manager is called for here. I went to D&B on a busy Friday night. There were quite a few people there, and the arcade(by far the busiest area) was packed. All of the games were in good repair or well-marked as broken, and the arcade was clean. I went to the men’s room, and two of the three soap dispensers were out of soap. One of the ladies that I was with also commented that the stall she found herself in was out of toilet paper! This, to me, is inexcusable. The food was OK, but the service in the main dining room needed a little polishing. I got the distinct impression that our server was a fan of Colorado’s finest, newly-legalized product. We received our appetizer quickly, but we didn’t have any silverware or napkins. D&B can be a fun place, but it has the potential to be so much better. The front bar was not clean. When I sat down, I noticed that the menus had been dropped onto a wet bar, so when I picked them up, they were wet, and they also didn’t smell all that great. There are details to be attended to here, but people will probably keep coming because the place is fun for kids and the arcade is well-attended and maintained.

I’ve been to a couple D & B’s now and this one is way better than the one I typically go to when I am back home in the Bay Area! For one, this place is a lot more spacious & a lot less crowded(and also less full of rachet folks — the Milpitas location once had a gun fight outside in their parking lot). They have a really yummy cherry mojito that I recommend everyone getting! It’s a tad on the sweet side but is really easy to drink & was totally enjoyable. They have great happy hour deals where their cocktails are all ½ off! They have tons of games inside including: –Mario Kart –4 way table hockey –not DDR but a dance game similar to it –jump rope game –ski ball –basketball hoop game-both for adults & kids –Deal or No Deal game –Trivia game They also have a theatre room, private party room, billiards area, dining area & then the arcade area. You can save your tickets onto your card and rack up tickets for later. Tickets can even be traded in for desserts like key lime pie or doughnuts holes. This place is great for both kids & adults and it makes for a great birthday joint that can accommodate a large number of people.
