Arby’s

This place is GREAT! I consistently get friendly and courteous service with good food. The workers really take pride in their work. The general public can be difficult to deal with but these folks do it graciously. They go above and beyond to make sure your visit was worthy of a return visit.

Ordered the turkey burger for the first time. It was really good, felt like the very first time. my friends also agrees with me. even the sliders were really awesome, ham n’ cheese was very great. Onion rings was a little disappointing, good thing I had the turkey burger.

Rude customer service. I guess I’m supposed to be the expert on knowing the cheapest way for the cashier to ring up my order. So instead she «rang it up the way I said it» which was $ 2 more expensive then proceeded to lecture me for not specifying how I would like her to ring it up

I had a much better experience at this Arby’s about three months after my last terrible experience. A nice gal greeted me at the drive thru, took my order, I got my food — everything was correct, and I paid. I spoke to management and told them that my experience this time around was MUCH better than the last time I was there. He was glad and mentioned that there was new management. Would go back again for sure

I’m not a huge fan of Arby’s in general but this one is in a convenient location near some of my favorite shopping spots downtown. The food is the exact same as other Arby’s, I would just ask that they keep the tables a little cleaner and maybe turn the music down a touch. Overall, not too bad though :)

Thanks Arby’s — after having one of the worst customer experiences EVER — now my 5 year old is projectile vomiting up your kids meal and crying because her stomach hurts — this was the worst food choice I’ve made in years.
I can forgive many things:
1. Drive thru signs missing entire sections (vandals perhaps?)
2. REALLY crapy drive thru service (everyone has a bad day, but it would have been nice if the drive thru guy hadn’t pretended we were stupid and lying when we said the drink menu was missing, then just snarkily replied ‘pepsi products’ when we asked a 5^th time what sodas were available, also, he didn’t believe we had the audacity to ask him to list what types of sodas those were, sorry we didn’t have the entire pepsi menu memorized)
3. A 10 minute wait at the drive thru window, (whatever, perhaps an employee didn’t show up).
4. Food shoved thru the window then slammed shut quickly before we could as for Arby’s sauce. Had to wait another two minutes before we could get eye contact and request some, once again guy working obviously thought he was being put out at the request.
I can get past most of this… BUT… when you make my kid (who normally has a cast iron stomach) sick, NOT OK.

The employees here are always friendly when I come here and the lobby is clean.
Me and potatoes are good friends so as long as there are potato cakes on the menu, I will probably come here.
I tried the chips last time I came here, they weren’t all done completely through but the ones that were tasted good.

Ordered 4 meals. Curly fries were not curls, but dried up little tails of curly fries. Asked for «lots» of horsey, BBQ and ketchup… got 2 of each, meaning that we had to spit each little packet between 2 people. We sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes behind only 1 car and the food must have been ready the whole time because it was just slightly warm.
A disappointing meal for all.

I’ve always been a fan of Arby’s and although their menu prices have gone up, at least here in Denver, Arby’s is doing things to make it much more affordable.
#1 they now have this deal that if you spend $ 3 for a bracelet, you get infinite free drinks.
#2 for at least the past 6 months through current, on the back of your receipt is a survey where if you complete it, you get a free regular roast beef or Beef N Cheddar with the purchase of a drink.
What’s not to love?
