The owner is the project manager you work with from the moment you meet to the moment the last details are finished on your project. We believe that this is the best way to operate, and the experience is great for both the customer and ExCede Construction.

We care so much about our customers, and this is why we are constantly working to have clear channels of communication.

What makes us different than all the others is that all of our contractors who work with us are great at their job and at working with our clients. It’s your home, and we give it the needed care and respect it deserves as we work there.

History

Established in 2003.

ExCede Construction was started to get away from the big builder and give customers an opportunity to work with a family business. We believe that this gives the customer the one-​on-​one attention they deserve.

We began by focusing on building better basements and remodels all over Denver and the surrounding metro area. To do this, we needed to put together a team of contractors that were like minded and very qualified. From that point, we put our model in place and have been pleased with the response from clients about being professional and putting forth quality that they deserve.

We never allowed the company to get too big and move away from our core fundamentals of a small family business. Even through the good and bad economy, we always stayed the course and are proud to be where we are at today, which is a solid small business that has the ethics needed to give the client the peace of mind they deserve.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I have been the owner since 2012 and worked for 2 years with the previous owner who started it originally in 2003. I started my first business in 2006 and still have it going today. I started as a custom wood worker and finish carpenter in 2001. The skills I’ve learned along with being meticulous and paying close attention to detail have been a perfect fit for this business. Some of the best general contractors I’ve worked for have been custom woodworkers, and I knew I wanted to be a great general contractor myself using the same skills.

I’m originally from a small ranch town called Kremmling here in Colorado. I come from a family with strong work ethic, and I believe that is the backbone for why I have a solid business.

I have a great family with a supportive wife Emily and two small children, Kaitlyn and Jack.

I truly love what I do and enjoy getting to see the faces of satisfied customers after the end of every project!
