I’ve been going to Foothills Family Practice for several years. At first I wasn’t so sure about it, but as I’ve seen the changes there I do highly recommend it. Heidi Gillespie, PA is wonderful, as is her Assistant Courtney. They’re welcoming and their bedside manner is reassuring, especially if you tend to be the nervous type!

Since Foothills family practice moved by porter hospital, This practice has gone down hill. They will schedule you to be seen then you will wait at least an hour in the office before you are taken to your room which you would wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes before the nurse even comes in to take your vitals. When Foothills family practice use to be on west Quincy ave, they had a more caring atmosphere, they treated you like family and they cared about your well being. Not anymore at Foothills family practice you are just a number and a bank account. My advice Do Not try Foothills Family Practice you will regret it and spend most of your day waiting to be seen. The Doctors do not care about you, you are just a number to them not a person
