As far as data retrieval goes, these guys are the absolute best. I went to another place first based on the Unilocal reviews and he quoted me a minimum price of 6 times what I ended up paying here and they got it down in half the time the other guy quoted. I felt completely comfortable with the team members, they called and left messages to let me know the progress and explained things enough that someone who doesn’t know much more than «on/​off» could mostly understand. They gave me several options on how to fix my computer once the data was retrieved and I felt as though they were recommending what was right for me and not just good for them. Fabulous place.

Yeah, they Contacted me recently offering «apologies» (presumably after seeing this review from months ago). No change in policy of course. Just an apology that they don’t want me to speak to their techs. Whatever. I took it to one of their competitors (who were more than happy to let me talk directly to a tech), and they fixed the issue for me. So I have moved on. My recommendation is the same… not allowing you to speak to their techs about a problem is a huge red flag, so (IMO) you should proceed with caution if you deal with them.
I should add that they were not always like this. In the past they did not have this restriction. It is a fairly recent thing. Whoever you take your phone or tablet to, make sure they allow you to speak directly with the techs to explain the problem.

I called and was quoted $ 399 to replace the cracked glass screen on my iphone 6+. Plus, the part was not in stock and would have to be ‘special ordered’. Called Apple at Cherry Creek next and was quoted $ 129 for the same job, and had an appointment made for next day! Seriously, though, who the hell would charge over three times the manufacturer? Clearly they’re out to take your $$$

I dropped my iPhone 5s on the sidewalk and the glass broke badly. I called for a quote and it was reasonable compared to a few other places. Luckily they had the glass in stock. I came by and had them fix it while I waited. The staff were nice and they did a quick and good job with the replacement. Thanks!

Brought in my i phone 4s to fix the on and off button. I was quoted a fee of $ 49.99 and told that it would take about two hours to fix. It also happened to be that my screen was frozen. They fixed that for free. I told them I would think about the on/​off button. I went back later that day to have the work done. They called me about 20 minutes later saying that my phone was fixed and that it was a much easier fix than they thought. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they didn’t charge me at all, saying that it was a really easy fix. The customer service was amazing and they certainly didn’t rip me off. I will be going back if I have any other issues.

I was referred to this repair shop by T-​mobile when the charging port on my Nokia Lumina 810 became faulty and could not hold a charge. I-​Fix quoted me over the phone and had the part in stock so I could bring it in right away. The tech was very knowledgeable and discussed in detail the repair. A charging port replacement is not easy and the microphone could be damaged in the process of the extreme heat during removal and soldering the new part on. They did an excellent job, completed in less than 3 hours. They saved me from having to buy a new phone. Thank you!

They did a great job fixing my screen and touch sensor on my MyTouch Q 4g Slide when no one else I called had the parts or felt comfortable working on a slider. It only cost $ 95 total. I brought it at my lunch break and picked it up after work. Looks and works great! Thanks i-​Fix!

I’ve had several devices repaired here and the tech did an amazing job! I brought in friends’ iPods (4th gen) with cracked screens and they looked brand new after they were repaired. For broken screens, both the glass and LCD screen are replaced.
They also repaired my laptop (Inspiron 1520), and the screen resolution was higher after the repair, which was great!
Some of the specialized phones like the Samsung Galaxy may need a few days to get parts into the shop.

Friendly service but there seemed to be some confusion with my phone and also a different customer who was in the store at the same time as me.
I called the previous week and was quoted a $ 150 price on a screen repair. When I came in, they said they didn’t have the part and even if they did, they didn’t want to work on my LG because it was too hard.
The customer next to me was trying to get a screen repair as well and they misunderstood him several times thinking he wanted a screen protector for his Samsung galaxy S4.
I think this place caters mainly to iphone repairs which surprised me because a Jeff’s review says they worked on a uncommon phones.

When I called I spoke with a woman named Betty or Betsy on the phone. She quoted me $ 189 to replace the front glass of a white iPhone 4S. I repeated the price back to her to make sure I had heard her correctly, which I did, and after telling her it was way too high of a price and that I have never had to pay more than $ 100 to replace any glass she proceeded to hang up on me. So, naturally I definitely do not recommend these people.

My iPhone 4S dropped and the screen cracked. I paid $ 99 to get it fixed, and they did it in an hour. I was so grateful I did not have to spend a fortune on a new phone — the iPhone 5 was just introduced but I’m waiting for the iPhone 6 :-) Great family business that delivers on their promises.
