Our lease up team specializes in help apartment owners and communities with their busiest time, the lease up. But we don’t just help during lease up. If your team is in transition, we can fill in and make sure you don’t miss a beat.

History

Established in 2015.

With 20 years in sales and 6 years of that in real estate, it only made sense for us to move into the Denver apartment locating/​Apartment locator service.

Business Owner

Coming from a family of so many types of personalities, I had to stay on my feet. Everyone had different likes, taste and ideas about everything. I found myself being the one trying to make everyone happy and make sure no one felt they were being left out.

I have alway found myself in careers (mostly sales and real estate) that were focused on helping people because of my family. The crazy thing is, I enjoyed it, so it really wasn’t work for me. I also have a passion for cooking. I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin Texas and was a personal chef for almost 5 years. It was a great experience but my love and passion kept lurking in my head. So i decided to start my own apartment locating service here in Denver. Back to helping people and for free!
