This particular location can get pretty busy during the lunch hour– I mean, it makes sense, given the location on 16th Street. If you can, try calling in advance for take our or going online to order ahead. Wait on food is about 10 – 15 minutes.

got my order completely wrong both times I went. Of course I got it to go both times so did not notice how wrong it was until I was home. Both times I ordered extra chicken and mushrooms, paid for extra of both, and received non of either. Both times! How do you screw that up so bad? Also the slowest noodles I have ever been to in my life. Brutal, go to chipotle next door.

Ordered take out for the Penne Rosa. It was weekday during lunch hour. After waiting for my name to be called; I asked is this the Penne Rosa and the guy asks are you Lori? Yes then it’s yours! Got home and it wasn’t what I ordered. Shame on me for not checking but really… that’s the response i get when I ask specifically if it’s the dish I ordered?! It got a small Pad Thai(so-so). I paid almost $ 10 for a dish I didn’t order, & half the size. Penne Rosa is usually good but probably last time I go to Noodles & Co. Especially after sending an email explaining what happened and getting no response! Should’ve waited in the Chipotle line which is what I wanted to begin with.

Worst noodles anywhere. Horrible service, dirty restaurant, and bad food. Protein servings are ½ of other noodles. Also, if you have any food intolerances, DONOT go to this noodles. Their staff isn’t properly educated in the ingredients. Also, check your to go bag every time before leaving. Go to the noodles at the other end of the mall. I love this company, hate this location.

Noodles & Co was a really nice surprise. After a long trip into Denver I wanted to pick up something fast and light. There was a Noodles & Co right across from my hotel and it turned out to be a good experience. It’s a little bit above fast food, but don’t go in expecting authentic dishes. The prices are fair and the food is good. Would love to have an inexpensive on the go option like this place in my hometown.

I don’t like writing reviews about noodles so I’m giving them two stars. Food was great tho and staff friendly

I ordered steak stroganoff but they gave me a pork mac and cheese, im not the kind of guy to send stuff back so i just ate it. The best part of the meal was the macaroni and the pork. The cheese was not that great and neither were the little extras added, overall this place was very average

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the flavor or quality of the food as I threw mine away after observing the unsanitary practices in the restaurant.

This is a chain type of restaurant. In no way authentic. Going in you don’t really come to expect much, almost like going to panera. I got the Bangkok Curry and would say overall, it was decent, but did not satisfy my hunger for noodles. Good place to come on the run with not much of an expectation. Price was around 9.50.

I feel silly writing a review about a Noodles but last week the customer service was unexpected so I felt the need to. I got a side caesar salad with my pasta and I heard the guy who bags all the food ask one of the cooks for another side of the caesar dressing, just in case I didn’t think there was enough on the salad already. I thought that was really nice of them, and it was in the middle of their lunch rush. Cheap, big servings of pasta that are customizable and are perfect for a work day lunch. The location is extremely convenient if you work in one of the surrounding towers. I am definitely a regular here!

Make sure to double check your order if you’re getting takeout. I went today and didn’t double check until I returned to my office. I didn’t get any pork on my Bangkok curry noodles as I ordered and paid extra for. I’m rather disappointed.

One of the most weirdest but good food that I had was their mushroom straganoff. It was really strange at first, but when I ate a lot of it, it was really really great. The wheat noodles was really on a different level when we talk about noodles, You can also have theri customize pasta here which is also better than other pasta’s.

I ordered their alfredo dish that mentioned fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes. spaghetti noodles… chicken i ended up with a whole bowl of noodles, three spinach leaves, a tomato that was far from ripe, and two mushrooms — a small amount of chicken and no sauce to speak of… for a low low price of $ 10.00 Not to mention the 20 minute wait and COLD food — what a rip off! Never will visit this location again.

I stayed across the street at the Sheraton and at first I scoffed(to myself). Noodles? Big Deal! My daughter wanted to try it out and I’m glad we did. I actually had the Mediterranean wrap. It was delicious! We went again the next day this time I had the chicken Alfredo. Again it was delicious. Make sure to ask about the spiciness if you don’t like hot. My daughter ordered one(Penne Rosa I think) that was so spicy hot she could not eat it. I do recommend visiting at least once.

This location is close to union station just a short walk from a ton of other restaurants and coffee shops. Not sure why my friend and I decided to go here but I really like noodles so I wasn’t complaining. The menu offers both Italian style and Asian noodles. My friend told me the Asian noodles aren’t good so I opted for the whole wheat pasta option. She got the pesto. My pasta was«healthy» only bc of a meager sprinkling of veggies and the whole wheat pasta. Other than that it was really greasy and kind of bland. Think airport food. They did have a pretty cool futuristic soda dispenser where you could create your own soda. Probably won’t be back, but I could see why people might want to bring kids here. Fast, cheap, and no hassle. Good for picky eaters or commuters looking for something fast in downtown Denver.

Not bad… I’ve never seen this chain prior to moving to Denver. Since I love pasta and don’t want to spend a lot of money on dinner I enjoy this fast food chain concept. The food was good, not amazing but good enough to satisfy random pasta cravings. The best part was that you could order a smaller portion, good so you won’t feel too guilty afterwards!

This place was absolutely atrocious. My girlfriend and I headed here since we were both craving noodles and Liang’s wasn’t open. I had the pad thai with beef and coconut curry soup and she had the Indonesian peanut sauté. The cashier got our order wrong twice, which is annoying but forgivable. I’m willing to wait in line again if the food is good. It wasn’t. The pad thai did not taste like pad thai at all. It looked something like a pad thai, but tasted nothing like it. The noodles were clumped and undercooked, making it so that the distribution of flavor was extremely uneven. It was just plain gross. I tried my girlfriend’s noodles and they were just as bad. It felt as if the cook just came back from the bar at 2AM, took some noodles out of a packet, put it in a bowl, and covered it with whatever condiments were available at the time. Not pleasant at all. The beef in my pad thai(that they had the nerve to call«marinated steak») didn’t even taste like beef. It had the texture of an overcooked chicken breast and looked like sliced cat poop. It tasted like a slightly seasoned sliced cat poop. The coconut curry soup was pretty bad too. No curry flavor, only watered-down coconut milk. The noodles in it were overcooked and it was topped with fresh spinach. Where the hell did these cooks learn their Asian flavors from? I’m seriously wondering if any of these guys have ever tasted Asian food before. Everything was amazingly bland and cooked with a level of detachment that nihilists would kill for if, theoretically, they cared about that sort of thing. In our visit to Denver, we had some phenomenal meals. There was only one meal that was below average, and it happened to be absolutely dreadful. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. It’s been almost a week and I’m still livid. Goddamnit, Noodles and Co., get it together before you scar any more diners.

I stayed across the street at the Sheraton for a Child Life Conference in May 2013& this restaurant being convenient & delicious, I went here twice out of the four days I stayed in Denver. Maybe it was a slow night or maybe I just came during an off time but whatever the reason I had a great meal. PROS — everything on the menu looked delicious, very diverse — cool soda machine with a variety of flavors — open and spacious dining area — perfect spice, on the Pad Thai CONS — when I came to the restaurant there was no one at the register but two cooks. I looked around & two people in the restaurant — that ratio didn’t make sense to me. Luckily, the wait for the cashier wasn’t too long. Food like Thai may not taste authentic but it is delicious for the restaurant & location. If I come to the Denver area again I will visit here again. Luckily for me there is a Noodles N Company near my home in San Diego.

The one thing Denver lacks is a Vapiano. So I went here to ATTEMPT to suffice my craving for a fresh, made-to-order, pasta experience. Did Noodles & Company compare? No, not in the slightest. Was the food still decent? Yes. And the service? Equally as quick. Again, in hopes to match Vapiano, I custom-created my dish… the base was their Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, changed the noodle to Capatavvi, added a Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast, and requested sides of their Pesto Basil and Spicy Tomato sauces. After mixing it all together, the pasta was pretty darn delicious but did not include the abundance of veggies I typically prepare a Vapiano pasta with. No complaints here and I will return!
