The family-​owned and operated Denver shop is renowned for its collection of regional and hand-​crafted jewelry, but this boutique is also charmingly crammed from floor to ceiling with stationary and cards, imported soaps and candles, kitschy kitchenware and lovely bound journals. But best of all, Pandora donates a portion of every purchase to community nonprofit organizations. Regulars know that the diverse selection of gifts at this 23-​year old staple changes monthly, but one thing remains constant– that Pandora on the Hill is a delightful jewelry and gift sanctuary where everything seems to just sparkle.

Pandora on the Hill has been Denver’s One-​Stop, Sparkle Shop for Local Jewelry and Unique Gifts since first opening its doors in 1994. Originally located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Pandora on the Hill now calls the tree-​lined streets and bicycle friendly neighborhood of Uptown, home.

Stephanie S.

Business Owner

Stephanie is one third of a dynamic family business trio which includes her husband Chris and her mom Carol.

After leaving the corporate retail world who told her she would «never make it», Stephanie is proud to not only run three boutiques, but also to have 11 former staff members go on to own and operate their own businesses in Denver.

Stephanie and Chris were voted by Westword as «An Inner-​City Booster Couple», «Best Small-​Business Empire» and the winners of Best Urban Renewal (2010) and Best Strip Mall (2011). They have also received notable accolades from the Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods (CHUN) with a Community Partner Award (2010) and the Mayor’s Urban Design Award in 2014 for the EZE Mop Shopping District which they lovingly remodeled in Uptown.

When she is not at one of her shops, Stephanie is usually found napping with a cat on her head — blissfully.

Love this cute little place! I used to live on 13th, and I liked walking to Pandora, Buffalo Exchange, and City o City. Pandora On The Hill is a whimsical place filled with foxes, owls, squirrels, deer… basically any woodland creature. Along with things to bake with, drink out of, decorate with, or just give a goofy or tongue in cheek gift. I’m also partial to their hand made bath products and jewelry; I love Tarina Tarantino and also seeing local artists featured. They also have s half off rack! I am over the moon when someone gets me a gift from Pandora On The Hill. If you’re looking for something cutesy and kitschy, this is the place for you. Customer service has always been superb, too!

I stopped in to this store because I drive by it all the time and never have a chance to stop. I’m so glad I did! They have a great selection of unique gifts and lots of jewelry! I was Christmas shopping, but was very tempted to buy things for myself too! The employee was super nice and friendly. I’m excited to recommend this place to friends!

Super cute and fun place for gifts. they have some great earrings too and jewelry. The owner was working and was a super nice lady and really helpful with ideas for presents I needed by the weekend. My only complaint is they have a very limited selection of cards. I couldn’t find a birthday card that I liked and i would expect a place like that to have many! I will definitely go back.

Cute local store in Capitol Hill that has tons of choices for last minute gifts. Lots of affordable yet stylish jewelry, home decorations, toiletries, etc. There was only one person working at the store and she was very helpful as I browsed the store while also not being in my way. Ended up getting a gift which was placed in a box and tied with ribbon free of charge. Considering I was glad I had at last found a gift, I treated myself to a cute pair of earrings that I saw near the cash register!

Trinket shop well worth the stop for gifts to others or self. I’d say it is a great place to get holiday treats or things for those that have everything. I was pleasantly surprised and hope they keep serving the local needs.

Don’t be fooled by its cuteness, this shop has so much to offer.
I went here for the first time, and i was really impressed when i got in, they have so many unique items inside, and most of it are cheap.

My mom and I are in town and stumbled upon this store. I actually had previously read about it on Unilocal but wasn’t sure where it was located. I love this little store and it definitely has a lot of my little favorite things: jewelry, cards, etc… The salespeople were very welcoming and were a joy to talk with. My mom treated me (& herself) with a pair of cool earrings… I actually might make another visit in the next few days to purchase another set.

This is a cute gift shop! They have some real cute jewelry, seasonal decorations, and nice local cards that are actually funny. It’s a great place to waste some time and spend some money while you wait for your brunch table at City o City. The girls that work here are usually very nice and don’t make you feel like you are bothering them.

I can’t say enough about this place. Over a year ago I stopped into this little shop while visiting my sister who lived in Capital Hill. I found this cool copper scroll ring that quickly became my favorite. It went with everything!
This year for the holidays I flew back to Denver again to visit family and on my way home someone stole the jewelry from my suitcase including my ring. On a whim I emailed the store fully expecting them to not have the ring anymore (it was over a year later) and to not have any idea which ring I was referring to. To my surprise someone emailed me back to say while they don’t have a ring like I was talking about they had an idea of who could have made it and they gave me the manufacturers name as well as offered to look for a similar ring when they went to a trade show this year. How cool is that?!
I emailed the manufacturer with a description of the ring and low and behold they did in fact make the ring and even though the style was discontinued they had one ring left in my size. They are shipping it to me and I should get it next week. I really appreciate that this shop went out of their way to help me out and turn a sad situation into a happy one. Please support local businesses like this one that really go above and beyond!

I. Love. Pandora on the Hill! This business is located just a block from my office, so I stop in quite often. I can’t walk by with being drawn into the store. They have a wide variety of gifts, including jewelry, seasonal decorations, a little «melting» snowman kit last winter, tea, purses, soaps, and funny and weird stuff like bacon band-​aids. The merchandise is fun and frequently changes, so there is always something new to check out.
Much of what they sell is handmade by artisans in Denver, so they support local artisans. Their products are moderately priced.
The staff is friendly, greeting people as soon as the come through the door. Many of the staff members have worked there quite awhile and usually remember me when I come in.
They have occasional trunks shows and artist events. They also support local charities with special events and contests. Most recently they had a sugar skull decorating contest, though I don’t remember which charity that supports, but they have it every year in October.

Love this place! Always my go-​to place for unique gifts. From knick-​knacks to cards, accesories and more, this is the place to go. They have awesome handmade gifts, like charms for necklaces (you can build your own) and they have a wide selection of jewelry. I can’t help but by myself something special every time I stop in!

This shop was adorable. It had a great selection of jewelry, notebooks, local hand-​made items, and general curiosities. I spent at least 30 minutes in here looking around and talking to the store attendant. I talked with her at length. She was super nice and relatable. I wish I could go back and make more purchases.

If you are looking for unique jewelry, funny little chachkies, gifts, or cards, this is the place to go. I love going here for stocking stuffers and earrings, but there is so much more to find here. It’s a small shop, but you could easily spend an hour here looking through everything that they have. I go to a yoga studio on the same block and hang around City O’ City often, and find it hard not to pop in here just to look around when I’m in the area.

Pandora on the Hill is every bit as good as their reviews indicate. The staff members are helpful and friendly, and they find some wonderful little things that are far more unique than what’s carried in most stores. Sure, many stores carry holiday cards… but at Pandora I found cards that say «Merry Christmas, Bitches» on the outside and «Hope your Christmas is as awesome as I am» on the inside. That’s just pure win. I also found cards with adorable little animals behind a real handkerchief that the recipient can take out and use. Brilliant. Beautiful. And, like I said — UNIQUE.
What will you find here? Jewelery, clothing, cards, books… far too many items to list. And none of it is of the quality or type you’ll get at Wallgreens. If you’re looking for a gift with some thought behind it, this is your place!

i always stop in to this funky little gift mecca, mostly because every time i come into Denver i stop by their neighbor, City o’City. but Pandora is a nice place to buy gifts and funky stuff. It always seems they have tons of new fun things and it’s always great to check out the local necklaces and earrings and such.

I had to update my review – this place just gets better and better. I love taking the uninitiated and always end up finding the perfect gift (for me… but also for other people) here. It’s so close to City O’ City there’s no reason not to «stop by» just to browse. The staff on my last visit was hilarious and helpful and I had to revise my review to give them the full 5 stars.

One of my most treasured gifts is from Pandora. They have a great selection of off-​beat boutique gifts for the most discerning. It is definitely my go-​to place for a gift for «the person that has it all.»
My only complaint is the hit or miss parking, but it’s the Hill, so I just have to sack up.

Stopped into this little boutique for the very first time today, and I will definitely be back.
In my experience, the cuter the boutique, the snottier the staff. But, it was refreshing to actually be warmly greeted by two very friendly staff. They allowed me to browse without feeling like someone was watching me the whole time. It was a very relaxed envrionment. While it is a small space, I never felt crowded in.
I think the prices for most things were reasonable. Best prices: unique jewelry that looks more expensive than it is.
Again, the sales girls were very friendly. I’ll definitely be returning.

This adorable Capitol Hill establishment is the epitome of fun. Everything from the cards to the hand bags, this quirky gift shop boasts some unique items. One interesting aspect that I really enjoy is that a lot of the jewelry is locally crafted and that there is literally something for everyone. In the back corner, you can peruse the variety of novelty items suited for children and adults with a childish sense of humor, while at the front one can get lost in the trinkets that speak to every kind of personality. Among some of the unique items are coffee mugs with hilarious quotes or slang, beautiful jewelry, and beautiful stationary that makes you feel that you have to buy it or you will die. When shopping for that person that just seems to have it all — this is the place where you will find that perfect thing for them.

Pandora on the Hill is an awesome little boutique filled with ridiculously fun and cute stuff. The staff here is incredibly helpful and cheerful, and will gladly help you find whatever it is you are looking for. They have a few cases of pretty jewelry and even some gorgeous charms if you want to make your own necklace. If at any point in your life you felt like you needed a mustache Christmas ornament or any other random giggles, this is the place for you!
