If your looking for a small minded Doctor that leaves you stranded last minute I would highly suggest Dr. Ginsburg. I had a new patient appointment set up for a annual exam I told them I was pregnant at the time and the scheduling lady said nothing. I called the day of to see if we could add a pregnancy panel on since my midwife requested I see if they will do one for me. They completely denied me any medical attention since I have midwife.

Dr. Ginsburg is the best OB/​GYN I have ever visited. She’s efficient (never waited more than 5 minutes for my appt in the waiting room) She honors and respects my time as a patient and spends the amount of time she needs to answering questions and making sure I am taken care of. She does not however have time to coddle or over re-​assure patients. Its my personal opinion that if you need this type of hand holding that you visit a midwife rather than an OB. I always feel that patient care comes first with Dr. Ginsberg. She is kind and informed without being phony and effusive. She is by no means cold or uncaring, in her quest to give the best and most through patient care, she concentrates on the task/​tasks at hand rather than diverting her time to play hostess. Dr. Ginsberg is as professional as they come and has great rapport with her patients. I completely trust Dr. Ginsberg with my health and care and would highly recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for the most professional and thorough OB/​GYN care.

I have been seeing Dr. Ginsburg for over 10 years. I have followed her as she moved practices and now drive 30 minutes to see her even though there are OBGYN’s closer. As a RN, I appreciate her honesty and straight forward style. I don’t need someone to sugar coat anything, especially not my doctor!
She has guided me through 3 pregnancies. My first pregnancy was high risk and not once did we have questions unanswered. Dr. Ginsburg made my husband and I feel at ease during a very scary time. My second pregnancy was complicated by severe hyper emesis. After several trips to the ER for IV fluids, Dr. Ginsburg quickly arranged to have IV fluids available at my home along with IV anti nausea medication. This was a huge help as I had a toddler at home. My third pregnancy went smoothly but I had complications at delivery. Dr. Ginsburg checked on me several times throughout the day despite having patients in her office. She made me feel like I was her only patient that day even though I know that was not the case.
I have never felt such trust in a medical provider. She makes what would typically be a not so enjoyable visit quick and easy. I have several friends who now see Dr. Ginsburg after giving them my recommendation. They all love her too! She is so very thorough and honest. Thank you Valerie for helping us create our little family and for being someone who I can completely trust with all of my medical needs.

While I am hesitant to leave a 1 star review when I did not see the doctor herself — who you hire is a lot of it, and that is the reasoning for this review.
I made an appointment via the ZocDoc app regarding an infection and a question I had of personal, female nature. When my appointment came around, it was suddenly that time of month and I emailed the office to see if I should reschedule the appointment. I was told that, yes, I should reschedule, and to call the office. I called the office and talked with Ashley, who I had been emailing. In emails, and on the phone, she was pleasant and friendly. I confirmed with her the need to reschedule for the following monday (Today) at 2pm. All was set up, and I was good to go. I thought.
Upon entering the office I was met with a very different atmosphere than I expected. There were two receptionists, one who was on the phone and the other looking pretty morose, so it made for an awkward «Hi, I’m Chelsea, I have an appointment at 2?» One of the receptionists, Ashley, finally asked my name again. After an awkward pause I was told that I was not on their schedule today. As pleasant as I could, I tried to mention that I recognized her name and it was indeed her that I spoke with on the phone a week earlier. She then asked what I was in to see the doctor for. I awkwardly explained, in front of the waiting room visitors, that I was in for an infection that had subsided, but was recurring, and had some other questions of a personal nature for the doctor. I *really* did not feel like going into the private details of my vaginal concerns with a grumpy receptionist and the rest of the waiting room. She then announced that it shouldn’t matter if I had to reschedule because the infection had subsided anyway. I again awkwardly tried to mention that there was another «bump» issue I was concerned about, quietly, which she did not acknowledge. I felt extremely uncomfortable at this point.
I was mortified that most people in the room now knew more than they should and that she was finding excuses to blame me for her mistake. She then further explained that because I initially booked online and then called in to reschedule that their system was not set up to handle that. Which, fairly, is not my problem, since she took the booking on the phone herself and confirmed it. She «sincerely apologized» at this point in a voice that was the opposite of sincere and apologetic, asking more questions about when my last annual pap smear was — which did not matter because it was clear at this point I was not getting in today anyway, repeating more about how my infection had subsided and that she could get me in next week, but told me to call instead of booking online. The online booking system seemed to work — it’s when I called that she messed it up! Trying to maintain my diplomacy, I mentioned that I had actually taken the entire day off today for this appointment, and had driven 35 minutes to get to the office, and really was not interested in rescheduling, to which she was not empathetic, straight faced, and unpleasant. I understand that scheduling mistakes can happen, but this employee handled it poorly.
I’m now out over an hour of driving, a day of work that I could have worked, and I did not get to see the doctor. I was not listened to, I was shrugged off. I will not be calling back, and I will not be rescheduling, because this experience was poorly handled.
I have NEVER walked out of a doctor’s office like I did, and I am very adamant about supporting good local businesses. I like to think of myself as easy-​going and pretty chill, but I will not be returning here.
If you want a «women’s health» group that makes you feel really uncomfortable and blames you for their scheduling mistakes, then go here.

Miserable experience. I started going to Ginsburg when pregnant with my first baby. Big mistake that took me a while to reconcile considering I kept going through my 1^st and 2^nd trimesters, only out of convenience to my house. I should have known the moment I stepped in the door considering there were never any other patients in the waiting room, especially not expecting mamas. Ginsburg has an utter lack of bedside manner, to the point of being rude and dismissive of symptoms and feelings. She is not knowledgeable (didn’t even know what the harmony test was) and is resentful of new information/​knowledge if it did not originate with her. Worst of all, she made me feel bad for asking questions, telling me my worry was excessive, which discouraged open/​honest communication. Her staff (two people) were rude and unhospitable. When I emailed asking to terminate my care with their practice and have my medical records transferred to my wonderful new OB, I got a lengthy email response scolding me for not developing a trusting relationship with Ginsburg and staff, as if it was MY job to do that. To follow, only half my medical records, including zero test results, were actually transferred upon request and billing issues also ensued. All in all, this experience really put a damper on the first part of my pregnancy, which should have been a joyful experience and I’ll never get that back. I’d look elsewhere, especially for prenatal care.

The best ob-​gyn I have ever been to in my life. Just felt at ease with her and thinks she has a great demeanor.
