The absolute rudest experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. Ordered a double tall nonfat latte, the barista called out a decaf nonfat. No one went to claim it. I kindly approached the barista to see if there was a mistake and there was. He was impatient and disgruntled and his frustration grew as I waited for my correct order. Idk what messed up his day, but this is not the type of experience I ever expect from Starbucks.

Really dislike this Starbucks, I work in the same building as this Starbucks and I will walk a block and a half down to the Starbucks on 63317th street all because their service is so much better! The second time I went to the 633 Starbucks they remembered my name and were very welcoming and friendly. I was not the only one, most people who came in were greeted them by their name and seemed to have some kind of customer friendly relationship with what seemed to be a lot of regulars. I have been very happy with the service here. They have always gotten my drink right with no stomach aches and careful to use soy milk! Now here is why I go out of my way to the 633 Starbucks instead of walking right downstairs to our lobby’s Star Bucks. I am not sure if it is in their training, but it feels as if it is a style here to call everyone, Hun, sweetie, or even sweet heart! This might just be me but I really dislike this as a customer it feels belittling. The major problems about this place that I dislike are the names they put on your cup. It is suppose to be your name and they never seem to get my name right and feel they just make up a name. Here I am waiting and waiting no one grabs the cup so I finally ask if this one is mine and yup it is but with a name that only sounds like mine. Lol not to mention I have been in and out of there for over 2 years now. I have a sensitive stomach and usually only ever order a Chi tea with soy milk, they tend to get the soy mixed up with something else and does not taste right and my stomach has to pay for it. They also have a wired charge on your receipt, it looks like they added an extra $ 1 something but they explained that is has something to do with their shop being in a building and it works like a pif tax, but does always get credited back a day or two later into your account. So these may seems a little petty being it is a quick stop to get coffee but it is big difference to me especially if you have the same experience every morning and would prefer not to have been given a nick name!
