Stick It To Me ~ Food Truck, you had my tummy say yummy on a first bite. Yay! I’m a fan.
Delicious food on a stick, in which I am craving for more. Had the Korean Sandwich ($ 9.48), the Korean BBQ Angus Steak on a stick ($ 8.33÷2 sticks) and the Organic Fried Mashed Potato Balls ($ 3.70). The sandwich is huge which comes on a toasted Baguette and it consists of Korean Stick (Korean BBQ Angus Steak), Pickled Carrot and Cucumber slaw, Cilantro, Jalapeño and Korean Ketchup Aioli. The Angus Steak are MIGHTY JUICY and all the flavors they put had my mouth on a PARTY mode. I like, I like it alot. If I am not mistaken, my order of Beef Stick comes with a side of Couscous.

I’ve had falafel from Stick it to Me a few times, and it was always very good. I found the portion to be a bit small for the price, but the food was delicious.

After my experience at the Minnesota State Fair, anyone can tell you, I’m pretty much obsessed with anything on a stick. On Saturday, I was able to indulge on my love of stick foods!
I sampled their mashed potato on a stick [who would have thought?!] and it was to die for. The perfect little fried ball of potato dipped in white gravy, was popped right into my mouth before I could even think twice about it! It was beyond delicious! I also loved their Caprice on a stick. Fresh baby tomatoes with a cube of mozzarella cheese, topped off with olive oil and vinegar and a splash of pesto! wow!
Because I sampled these eats at a wine event, I didn’t get to taste all things Stick had to offer! Thankfully, they are mobile and can move around the city… because YUM!

What I had? Korean BBQ sticks with mashed potato balls and cold brown rice
Food review: I am not having much luck with my food trucks lately and stick it to me unfortunately was no exception to that. Nothing was bad per say but just so-​so. The Korean BBQ LOOKED great but was messy and not all that flavorful than I thought it would be. Not really knocking on it for being messy although given that they’re on a stick, it was a pain point to have them wrapped in foil. The mashed potato balls were good but I personally think Route 40 makes them better. Oh. and they give tartar sauce with that? Weird. :-) To top things off, they give you a side of cold brown rice. I do not get what the point of adding that is. So overall though, just a meh experience.
Service? No complaints
Other thoughts: Went to the truck for Civic Center Eats. Also, picked up a Ginger Brew from here which was really intense. Heavily gingered soda… cleared the sinuses for sure. didn’t know ginger beer could do that. Hahaha… last but not least. stick it to ya indeed… most expensive food truck I have been at so far.

Fried. Salty. Balls.
Yup. Mashed Potatoes, rolled, breaded and fried. Say Whaaaaat? Definitely got an order of those. Didn’t regret it.
Also, the Falafel was pretty darn good. We got the sammich, and the fresh wheat baguette definitely stepped it up a notch. The seasonal salad of couscous paired well, too.
Everyone in the truck was friendly, and desperately trying to keep up with the masses of people at the Justice League of Street Food Factory Party in the Design District.
They use organic and local ingredients. Cool.
The prices reflect that, as it usually does. about $ 10 bucks gets you the (decently sized) falafel sandwich with the seasonal side salad. So: For a food truck, pricey, but then in Denver that seems to be a trend.
I’d definitely hit it up if I happened across this truck again.

This would be a full 5 star review, except for the price, which I will discuss later. On the basis of food alone, Stick it to Me may well be the best food truck at which I have eaten in Denver. I had the lemon-​garlic chicken and the falafel sticks, the fried mashed potato balls and the s’more. First off, the chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and full of flavor. After tasting that, it almost seemed inconceivable to me that I liked the falafel even more than the chicken. I have eaten a lot of falafel in my life, from Denver to Jordan, but this IS my favorite of all. This is really amazing falafel! The mashed potato balls were good, but I think that it is more of a novelty item and was not overcome with a sense of desire to have them again. The s’more is an interesting item, one that I have not experienced in similar format anywhere before. They toast a VERY large marshmallow on a stick, drizzle agave syrup which holds your graham crumbles and then shave some very fine dark chocolate on that. I rather liked it, but felt that the marshmallow was slightly lacking in something, whether what was lacking was more vanilla or more toasting, I could not discern.
My beef with Stick it to Me, and the reason that I docked them a star, is that the prices are unrealistic. $ 8.88 for two sticks of falafel (three on each) or chicken, is high. I truly do believe that Stick it to Me may well be the top of the culinary arts, but I thought that they priced it closer to a sit-​down experience, and moved it away from the realm of «street food» as one might normally think of it.
I really did struggle with this review, just on the basis of price. In the end, you see the four stars I gave, and I can only hope that they are successful at their pricing strategy.

Stick It To Me is definitely one of my favorite food trucks in town. I love that every item on the truck is fresh, organic and made to order. This is restaurant quality food on a truck. The owners are young, friendly and talented, and I cannot wait to see what they come up with next! Some of my favorites include the Italian Chicken (on a stick or in a salad with goat cheese), the Korean beef stick (or sandwich, either is bomb) and of course, I cannot get enough of their crispy on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside mashed potato balls. This is for sure one of Denver’s staples and I constantly find myself encouraging friends to try Stick It’s worldly menu.
These guys don’t have a brick and mortar location, but they are diligent in reporting their location on both Twitter and Facebook.

I really like this food truck. Twice now I have had the Koren BBQ beef skewers and both times they are melt in your mouth good. Last time I tried the fried mashed potatoes balls and for me I didn’t like them but the people that I was with loved them. So I’ll chalk this one up to a matter of preference.
This time I tried the Lemon Ricotta donut holes with the peach mango dipping sauce. I thought these were very tasty. Very subtle lemon flavor and the ricotta cheese made them light and airy and I really liked the dipping sauce it just set them off and gave them a fresher flavor.
This truck continues to put out a quality fresh product with fast and friendly service.

I tried the Korean beef on a stick and the lemon ricotta donut holes at a Justice League food truck event. I found the beef to be juicy and flavorful. My only complaint would be that it was so tender, it bordered on «mushy». I thought the ricotta donut holes had a slight off-​note, as if the oil was adding something unwanted to the overall flavor, but my dining companion disagreed. The donut holes were fairly tasty. The truck crew members were friendly and outgoing.

I think the name did it for me. How could you not love the name «Stick it to me»?!
I had the chicken on a stick with like a lemon and garlic — perfectly juicy and cooked to perfection. Also had the Korean BBQ steak. The BBQ steak was by far my favorite. Dripping with drops of gold, licking it off my fingers to savor every last drop. Totally worth it.

Man, their mashed potato balls alone are worth a visit. I had their Korean sticks (and of course the mashed potato balls), and thoroughly enjoyed the hell out of them. Pretty much inhaled it all in record time. The guys are friendly and obviously love what they do, and seem to appreciate their customers. Only issue? Pricing; I felt like I had just paid $ 10+ for a light snack, while I can go to another truck in the area and spend the same amount and have a filling meal. But for a Food Truck Warriors event, I am glad I stopped by for sure, and recommended their grub to others.

Definitely good stuff. I’ve been intrigued since I heard of their stick food concept, so was excited to try them at the Justice League of Street Food. In my initial circulation, I was put off by their 2 Sticks for $ 6.95 offer. I wanted to maximize for eating efforts. I eventually found a friend to share the cost, so we tried the Italian and the Spaniard.
The Italian (organic chicken breast, lemon, garlic, sage) was nicely savory. The Spaniard (organic ground pork & beef, smokey paprika, garlic) was rightly spicy. The portions were right for the price.
And they had their Agave S’Mores tonight. They featured homemade marshmallows using agave and special Great Divide Chocolate Yeti Caramel sauce. They were messy but sinfully good.

I went to the Justice League Food truck event and got to try this place finally.
Started off with the korean stick. The meat was juicy and although it was flavored well nothing was mind blowing.
The spainard stick was peppery and spicy but once again, nothing mind blowing.
The special of the day was Morracan turkey balls with an aioli sauce. The pita bread they served it with was HARD. I don’t like hard pita bread. Do you? But the turkey balls… amazing. They were a good size, juicy, flavorful, and the creamy aoli made me say «mama».
I don’t know if I’ll go back to Stick it to me again but I am curious to try the meats in the form of a sandwich or salad since each stick is paired with specific and unique vegetables and sauces that compliment your meat of choice.

We tried this truck at the June Justice League of Food Trucks party. The line was long, but definitely worth the wait (er, my husband’s wait). The Chorizo slider of the day, with mashed potato balls was amazing. LOVE those fried little balls of tater-​goodness! I also tried the chorizo on a stick, which was great as well… very flavorful and perfectly cooked. I had a bite of the Italian chicken on a stick. Again, great flavor and cooked to perfection… but something I could definitely cook myself at home.
The star of the show, however, was the Steak Banh Mi sandwich. Super fresh ingredients, the perfect bread, delicious steak. So delicious. I definitely look forward to eating that again!

Well I didn’t go in the line this time, I sent my husband to your s’mores cart. And he came back quickly with melty agave marshmallows covered in graham crackers and chocolate. The best marshmallows I have ever had!
Great way to redeem yourselves. Please have these at every food truck party. ;)

Whoah! I think I’ve been waiting for the Veg Head sandwich my whole life.
The concept is pretty simple. You can buy your food on a stick or as a salad or sandwich. The veggies on a stick are described as «organic cremini mushrooms, fried tofu, and asian BBQ glaze». The sandwich is then made as a «Korean» with pickled carrot, diakon, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño, and sriracha hoisin aioli… so ti turns out like a delcious bahn mi type of sandwich for those who dig vegetables.
Literally every flavor and texture was present in this sandwich from the BBQ and hoisin sweetness, to the tangy crunch of the pickled veggies, and the spice from the sriracha and jalapenos. The tofu was of the spongey, fried agedashi variety (my favorite) and the mushrooms were juicey and plentiful. The whole sandwich was seriously dripping and causing a meltdown in the wrapper. Therefore, I recommend you eat this food in its intended habitat: the street. But keep a handy-​wipe on hand.
They also have fried mashed potato balls. Order these for the novelty, but maybe see if they’ll provide a different sauce for dipping. The balls are served with ranch, so it kind of creates a boring salt on salt flavor. Maybe salsa or sriracha would make these balls right by me.
We enjoyed Stick It To Me at the Renegades party, but they also park by Crema on Thursdays during lunch. I recommend you get yourself there for the tastiest sandwich paired with the tastiest latte in Denver.

These boys started showing up outside of our office on the corner of Larimer and 26^th every Thursday a few months ago. We have since christened these days «meat on a stick day» in our office.
The sandwiches are huge! Massive really, sometimes you honestly have to eat it with a fork that’s how big they are. And according to my coworkers they are very good.
I usually get two sticks and mashed potatoes balls. I try to go for a chicken stick (fantastick!) and a veggie stick (also very good) because I feel like they’re better for me. However, my hands down favorite is the asian beef. The meat is so tender and seasoned so perfectly. If you’re going to eat a stick on it’s own, I’d go with the beef. I recently had the beef thrown on to the italian salad and it turned out so well that I didn’t even need to use the dressing that came with the salad.
And the mashed potato balls. Oh good lord are the amazing. Cheesy and creamy on the inside, crispy and light on the outside.
One time I had to wait a little while for me food so they gave me a free soup. I couldn’t eat it because I’m diabetic and it was made with coconut milk, but a friend ate it and they said it was very good.
If you see this place, you should definitely try it.
Also, they made a delivery to my office on a Friday… I think if you go to their website they have an order form on there.

Neat little food truck that serves a variety of food on a skewer. If you’re not into eating your meat off a stick, they can put it on some bread and turn it into a sandwich or salad for you as well.
They utilize organic meat from a local co-​op, and try to buy local whenever possible which means slightly higher prices, but worth it.
I got the Korean BBQ stick, and at a price of 2 sticks for $ 7.00, I was expecting a little more meat than I got. Still the flavor was good, maybe not authentic, but still delicious. The beef was tender, and I found the stick gone in a matter of minutes.
Tax is included in their prices which is great, and I’ll definitely have to try the french waffles and mashed potato balls next time they’re in the neighborhood.

Really like this place (it’s a food truck, not an actual restaurant space). Anyway, I had the Spaniard sandwich, which had ground pork and beef. It was delicious. The other sandwiches, especially the Korean BBQ looked pretty damn awesome as well.
The fried mashed potato balls were good. Maybe a little expensive but still worth it.
Will definitely be back.
