My husband and I were really impressed with this service. Not only was the food DELICIOUS (we ordered the braised pork belly and it was mouthwatering), but the delivery was right on time and the prices are totally reasonable for the quality that you receive. I also loved that I received a text message when the food was on its way so I knew when to expect it. Only thing I wish they would change is the ability to add a tip when you pay online or when the driver arrives. I thought I’d be able to sign something at delivery and add a tip, but apparently since I had already paid online that wasn’t possible, so tip was cash only. I rarely ever carry cash (I don’t know a lot of people who do), so I was really embarrassed when I couldn’t tip the driver. But she was super nice and told me to just get her next time, which I will be sure to do! All in all, we loved our first SupperBell experience, and we will definitely use them again soon!

Great concept. We tried the family Chicken dinner for four. The veggies were average but pleasant. The potato salad was very good. Unfortunately the chicken (Whole) was undercooked and the flavor was not spectacular. The texture was chewy, not very tender. The food arrived on time.
We will try something else before we give final judgment but I’m thinking Mr Bonnano would not have been happy with this meal.

SupperBell has been an absolute lifesaver during my last few weeks of grad school. The food is priced similarly to other delivery in the area, except Supperbell has Frank Bonnano as their Culinary Director. While it may not be a meal at Mizuna, all the creations are tasty and satisfying!
What makes this service even better is I can order up until 3:00pm M-​F and choose a 60 minute delivery window between 4pm-​7pm. Then they text me 10 – 15 minutes before arriving so I can preheat the oven if I want for when they arrive.
Next time you’re thinking about ordering delivery or takeout, take a look at their menu and see if they deliver to your zip code. I’m sure you’ll their flexibility, great level of customer service and tasty food like I do!

I love this service. The meals are delicious and are generously portioned. I particularly love SupperBell because the chefs are local as are the ingredients used in each meal. They use compostable containers and minimal packaging in comparison to other meal delivery services that I’ve tried. SupperBell is also great for busy people who are last-​minute planners when it comes to meals. I love that I can order meals and they arrive the same day that I place the order. They also send out lots of coupons and discount codes via e-​mail, which is a nice perk.
The actual delivery is also excellent. I really appreciate the delivery time window options because I often work late and don’t want my food sitting on the porch for too long. Supper Bell will deliver food as late as 7:00 — 8:00 pm! When your food is on its way, Supper Bell will send you a text message along with a link where you can track exactly where your driver is. I feel lucky to live in a place that has a service like Supper Bell!

The food is always delicious and new. The menu changes weekly. You order by 3, pick your delivery time window and get texts about the arrival of your supper. Beyond convenient. The food is always cooked, but arrives cold so you just have to warm it per instructions. We probably order about once a week.

SupperBell is awesome! We started using SupperBell 8 months ago when we had our 1^st baby and have continued to order from them on a weekly basis. The food is restaurant-​quality and we have been impressed with nearly every meal we have tried. I love the convenience of ordering day-​of for a meal the same evening and that you can pick your delivery time. On evenings when you want to have a delicious meal and do not feel like cooking, SupperBell is the ideal choice.

Amazing food, reasonable prices, and great service! I think I’m addicted!!! There’s a changing menu with a good variety of choices to fit most anyone’s preferences. Portions are just the right size.

Meh. The idea is great! Who wouldn’t want to order dinner for the night as late as 3 o’clock the day of? Get home, on your porch, reheat and it’s like home-​cooked — and everybody gets to choose!
The problem, however, is the food just wasn’t very good when we ordered it. It honestly reminded us somewhat of airplane food. The texture of the chicken breast was a little mushy-​weird, the croutons were rock-​hard and dense in a strange way, the chimichurri that came with the beef was good, but all in all the meals were just average. You could find fresher tasting and higher-​quality meals picking up to go (or having delivered) from a restaurant, and the prices for this were as high or higher than most takeout restaurant meals. Conceptually intriguing, but the quality was not there the one time we tried it.

Good food, easy preparation, and reasonably priced. Those are the most important things to me with meal delivery services. They are timely and you can track your delivery to the front door. All the food has been high quality. Highly recommended!

Really the best alternative to eating out! We love to cook and do so nearly every night, but with a busy schedule there are days that it would end up being something unhealthy if we didn’t have SupperBell as an option! The price is right, the portions generous and the food is good tasting, healthy and local sourced!
Love that you can order by 3pm same day and that there are so many different options such as vegetarian, gluten free, and kids’ meals.

I may decide to update this later, as I’ve only actually eaten two meals from SupperBell so far — but already I’m so happy I could cry. I am a person who DETESTS cooking but LOVES food. My poor attitude in the kitchen has left me picking up carry out for months now as I try to mentally prepare myself to actually go grocery shopping to start cooking. As that never happens, I just order out more and more and spend tons of money for food that is sometimes good, sometimes not — but almost always is unhealthy.
After searching many different food delivery options, I landed on SupperBell. It had an intriguing menu for the week (excited to see menus to come), and the prices were probably half of what I’m spending by picking up carry out or getting delivery from restaurants. I’ve had two meals so far, which were delivered with zero issues, and they’re so good I want to cry. I want to cry because what I’m eating is pretty healthy from what I can tell, and it actually tastes great! Did I say I want to cry?
They have tons of options and kid’s meals, which I’m getting for my lunches. If SupperBell came out with a breakfast menu, I’d probably just order all my food from them. But for now, my breakfasts are frozen egg sandwiches and other frozen options, as I’m just pathetic when it comes to preparing food.
Also worthy of mentioning — I had some questions and their customer service team got back to me the next day with a very helpful, thorough answer. Hoping my 5* experience endures, because I feel like this could be a great, positive change for me.

I compared other local dinner deliveries in my area before trying out Supper Bell. I like the fact that you can order dinner for the same day if you do it by 3 PM. Ten minutes in the oven made it taste like it just came from a gourmet restaurant kitchen. Because it did! Hawaiian Flank Steak was grilled perfectly, and even my kids that don’t like asparagus liked theirs. I had an apple and orange salad with the best home-​made dressing I’ve ever had, and it was actually cheaper that you would pay at Mad Greens or Green Fine Salad Company.
It’s pricey, but really not any more than fast food, plus it is delivered to your door. I will be using these guys again. The only thing I hate is that they are such better cooks than I am!

Food was very good. Ordered on a Friday morning though and a lot of items were selling out as I was setting up my account. We ordered a steak in marsala with mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese with butternut squash and the kid’s teriyaki chicken. Food was delivered just before we came home from work and easy to heat up except the instructions for the steak was to microwave and that seemed odd. But everything was tasty. Servings a little small but we’re just hungry people in general.

Makes week night dinners so easy!!! Also incredibly affordable and tasty. Thank you!

We love, love, love SupperBell. It’s so convenient, delicious, and so much better (and healthier) than take-​out or delivery.
Since, we’ve started ordering, we order about once a week. Every time it’s been so yummy!
Last night we ordered the Lechon Asado. I just wish I had some left over for lunch today. But it was so good; I ate it all last night. We’ve also had the Braised Short Ribs — the brussel sprouts are to die for! We’ve ordered some kind of family dish, baked ziti, I think. Anyway, every order has been super delicious. Delivery is always within the window we choose. No complaints. I will continue to use SupperBell and recommend it to friends.
I signed up to get their email every day, so I have plenty of time to order before the 3pm cut off. Ordering online is easy peasy.

The food is amazing. Easy 5 stars. OMG those brussels sprouts. And the braised short ribs…
The service is fantastically easy to use. The communication is (almost always) awesome. 4 stars. You just drop the meal in the oven and prepare for the amazingness.
But you might not get what you order. They’ll sub out something you didn’t order if they’re out of what you actually ordered. No contact to check if you still want a meal even if it doesn’t resemble what you actually ordered. What would you give a restaurant that brings you a dish completely different than what was ordered? That’s a 1 star or worse kind of move.
So that’s only happened 1 out of approximately 10 meals. So I still like my chances and we’ll probably continue to order. But as a happy camper instead of a raving fan.

First heard of SupperBell when I was walking through the farmer’s market last weekend and I was very intrigued by the concept. Fresh, healthy, chef-​inspired meals delivered to your house/​apartment after work? Sounds great!
Not wanting to cook any meals on a Friday night, I placed my order in the SupperBell iPhone app on Friday morning, which was super simple. I ordered the Teriyaki Beef Kabobs and Chicken Saltimbocca, $ 12.95 each. You choose your delivery window and pay with a credit card and you’re done! There are a bunch of different entrees and sides you can choose from each week and they range from about $ 6-​$ 13, which is very reasonable because it includes delivery fees and is high quality food.
On Friday night, I get a text saying that the driver was on his way with my meals. You can actually track the driver so you know exactly how many minutes away they are. How cool! I met him outside my apartment building with my meals. All you have to do is heat the meals in your oven (or microwave) for a few minutes and you have a gourmet dinner ready to go. Both meals were delicious and were good-​sized portions. I am very impressed and will definitely order from SupperBell again!
