I’ve lived in this area for a couple of months now and have frequented this Taco Bell too many times. The wait used to be *very* long. It seems as though the rest of the neighborhood has caught on to the terrible service by now and goes elsewhere. I would advise you to do the same. This is really the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Even the Taco Bell on the Auraria Campus is better, which is saying a lot. The service is consistently terrible. Wrong orders are frequent, and badly made orders are even more. My boyfriend & I ordered a couple of Crunchwraps yesterday which were barely cooked. Barely folded, I couldn’t really eat it without ingredients falling out. I’ve never seen a worse Crunchwrap in my life. The staff are generally nice, but obviously negligent or badly trained. They have had hiring signs up since the summer, they are obviously understaffed. Anyway, that is the last time I’m coming to this location, ever. Waste of money.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I don’t know how something so small can be messed up my order was very small and it had to be redone 3 times I don’t if this employee couldn’t here me or didn’t want to hear me I don’t know but when I asked him to repeat my order to me he had a major attitude about it I’m not asking you to save the world I just wanted a taco

Do not come here! Service and staff is terrible and for how many years I’ve come here(or any Taco Bell) I’ve never had someone screw up my order 3 times in a row AND close the door on me when I asked to be refunded. Will be searching other zip codes for t bell from now on! If I could give negative stars I would

Ordered a grilled stuffed burrito and got more like a rice and vegetable burrito! Like a tiny bit of meat almost like they ran out! Definitely not what I’m used to size wise.

Not the best Taco Bell and not the worse. Very stingy on the servings here

…I used to live in this area. Pret-ty sure I had a review for it up at 1 point or another, but so be it… time for a 2014 revamp. Stopped in here late after a grocery run on a cool, rain-soaked night around 930p. Was able to get in the front door before they locked it down for the night. I… have no *logical* objections to the place: I was served relatively quickly, accurately, and politely. So the staff? They’re doing what they do, and that’s a good thing. My order was tasty and filling, typical Taco Bell fare(I think the main thing I tried was the new-ish«Cantina Burrito» crafted by Lorena Garcia, who was all over Taco Bell’s commercials a year ago). I think… the building itself… gives off kind of a weird, run-down, divey vibe. I don’t know why. But I wouldn’t want to dine in-store here — something I have no issue with at the Taco Bell on S. Colorado near Glendale. Since it’s not a logical/measurable reason, I’m giving 3 stars here… but I really want to dock half a star for the weird building vibe. Feels like a crime waiting to happen…:p

Terrible. The workers don’t care how they make your food!!! I asked for extra meat n got a burrito supreme with just lettuce n beans. No sour cream no chz. My stuffed nacho had a sprinkle of meat that I got all in one bite. It was mostly sour cream. I thought I got the wrong order but, WEWERETHEONLYONESINTHEDRIVETHRULINE n the store lobby was closed. Don’t live over there. It was just a stop On the way back to my side of town, so turning around n going back was out of the question. Just got ripped off(paying for extra and getting less than the regular portion). Ugh. keep rolling n go the next Taco Bell if you want your order right!!!

2−5p happy hour? Oh, Taco Bell, you booty hole wooer, you. How can I pass up an opportunity to cleanse my colon? Outside of this, the entry of this location is weird and, I don’t know why, but the area around the building looks seedy though the area is decent and there is no one hanging around. Maybe it’s the chihuahua in my mind feeling my shame for visiting so it’s creating an atmosphere that says ‘stay away’.

I used to come to this store all the time… NEVERAGAIN. I have a family of 5& we decided to visit this store. My wife ordered the XXL Nachos and my boys & I ordered several other meal deals. We got home & the meat on the Nachos was dry, hard & uneatable. I called the store and asked for a manager. I spoke to a lady who took down my name and said the next time we came through she would make it right. Well, we came back through a few days later to order lunch & figured we would get the Nachos replaced like we were told earlier. The manager on duty told me that they didn’t have my name written down & that I had to have the receipt which I did not have. I drove home with out ordering and decided to call the store. I spoke to the same manager that told me I had to have a receipt & she became very argumentative & treated me like I was just trying to get a free meal or something. If I was just trying to get something for free, don’t you think I would be trying for something bigger than Nachos… Not everybody is trying to rip you off. I hate being treated that way. There are several other fast food choices out there, but I regretfully, chose your store & for doing so was treated badly. I never even received an apology. Shame on you.

This location is A-OK! Consistently good food and they will get your order right –most– of the time!
