David recently managed the sale of our condo where we’ve lived for the past three years. David’s handling of the sale was exceptional from start to finish. He is incredibly responsive and returns phone calls and emails quickly, and constantly provided professional advice and explanations of the entire listing process. David is very well-​networked within the Denver real estate market, and was able to recommend fantastic photographers, lenders, and other vendors along the way. Whenever we had any question or decision– big or small– David was able to counsel us through it. We listed our condo and it was under contract with multiple offers over asking price within 48 hours of listing. We even broke a record for our building on a garden level unit! For a process that could potentially be very stressful, David created an experience that was calm and exciting. I would absolutely recommend David’s services to any friend, family member, or stranger– he is the best of the best.

They are both incredibly responsive, take the time to explain anything and everything that you’re experienced so that you feel very informed as a client, and are incredibly professional from start to end. I really appreciated how quickly my phone calls and emails were answered, and also how calm and personal the entire experience of finding our dream home felt. David and Tom listened very carefully to what we desired in our dream home, and were able to find it– also very quickly! We live in Hawaii and my fiancée’s rental was in Denver. We had some weird difficulties with a prior agent. Nothing was more frustrating for me then to have the skills and knowledge but too far away to use them. We found David and he stated we would be treated like family.
David did everything he said he would and more. He has the experience to get past the little obstacles that came up and sold the listing at asking. Can’t ask for much more.

I cannot praise David enough for his assistance to us in our recent home-​buying experience. He made the process much smoother than I had anticipated it would be. My wife and I have purchased several homes in three different states, and David was the best real estate professional we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ll be honest with you, I have an innate skepticism regarding real estate agents, but David’s diligence, dedication and professionalism went a long way to dispelling any preconceived notions I might have had.
I’m not going to say that we were difficult clients, but we were certainly demanding in terms of the number of properties we looked at, our limited availability for showings, some indecisiveness at crunch time, and always having our two toddlers in tow. Not only did David handle this with uncanny grace and aplomb, he truly made us feel as though we were his sole focus throughout the entire process. In the end, David was a big reason that we were able to purchase an amazing home in a great neighborhood for a reasonable price.
David’s observations were incisive, and his observations were on point. He is extremely tech savvy, ultra responsive, and an effective negotiator. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know where to start. David made it easy and non-​threatening and we met for beers at a local brewery to start talking about the process. He walked us through the process, some of the real estate jargon, and set us up with a way to see homes in our desired area and price range. Though we knew little, he was positive and excited for us – and he definitely put our minds at ease.
I know that I’m not the easiest person to work with: I email at all hours, ask questions that probably seem mundane, and I would typically want to see anywhere between 2 and 10 houses on a weekend. David never complained… and he saw us most weekends for a solid 4 months while we went through the process. On the contrary, he emailed back (usually within hours, at the most) and would set up any and all showings as quickly as possible. This was HUGE in such a competitive market. There were even a few times that he was out of town when we wanted to see houses, and David arranged for colleagues to show us those houses. His colleagues were just as professional, polite, and helpful as he is.
We put in numerous offers, and David would work tirelessly over a weekend to make those happen. When we finally went under contract, David called regularly us to talk through any questions, he advocated on our behalf with the seller’s agent, and he recommended a fabulous lender as well.
If we had to choose one word to describe David, it would be reliable: exactly what you want and expect from a realtor. I asked him numerous times for his personal opinion, and that is precisely because he makes it very easy to trust him. This is a good thing! We have passed along his name to numerous friends in the Denver area, and we can’t speak highly enough of his services. We will continue to work with him whenever we are buying or selling a home in the future.

Buying a home can be a long, stressful process, but David makes it as easy as possible. The current market in Denver is a big challenge to buyers, but David empowered me with all of the information and tools I needed to find properties I wanted and make competitive offers that fit my finances and timeframe.
As a first time buyer, it was very important to me to have an agent that was very experienced with a proven track record as a buyer’s agent with properties in the area and price range I was considering; David is that agent. He walked me through the buying process, start to closing, so I understood all of the important milestones and the details that would be important in my offers, the negotiation process, and the contract/​closing timeline. His extensive knowledge of the Denver real estate market made it much easier for me to identify properties I wanted to view, and which ones I actually wanted to submit and offer for. With properties only on the market for very short periods of time, his prompt responses and excellent negotiation skills were essential in viewing properties, successfully getting on contract, and closing on my new home.

I’m tough on realtors, I know. When I bought my first house, I went through 3 realtors over the span of 8 months. And when I just sold my home, I interviewed 4 before ultimately hiring David.
