The Parc At Cherry Creek

My husband and I moved from TX. We had to process the rental approva over the phone, email and online. After calling so many apartments, we found The Parc at Cherry Creek was our best option and location but what really helped us make the decision was the Staff especially Greg. I immediately loved Greg. He helped us make the transition so easy. He was very easy and fun to talk to. Move in day is here. We met Greg and he is just as awesome in person as he is on the phone. He took the time to tour with us and even personally did the final touches on our apartment. We also met the rest of the staff and they are all so pleasant and helpful as well. First night in and we are very happy with our decision to stay here. Everything was new and nothing is broken. The space is very large especially for a city apartment. I definitely recommend The Parc at Cherry Creek.

We’ve had a wonderful experience here these 6 months while our home was being built. The staff is friendly and have oftentimes gone out of their way to help me through the end of my pregnancy and with my newborn and toddler by taking packages to my vehicle when I called to let them know when I’d be by. I come by here and there to rent movies (free for 2 nights, lots of options!) and have lovely conversation with them while getting a coffee and cookie, I definitely feel like a friend rather than an occupant. The pool is nice, but not heated so I couldn’t take my toddler at all. The hot tub looked enticing. But I was pregnant so I couldn’t enjoy it. :(The workout facility, within the leasing office, looks nice and clean. Parking can be tough, but there’s usually a spot nearby. We grabbed a garage for storage since it would have been more expensive to rent from a storage facility.
We are on the third (top) floor of building 1, which has its ups and downs. Pro: «vaulted ceilings» in the living room instead of flat in the apartments below us, no one stomping above us, a better view (no mountain view) from the balcony that faces West, and we get great exercise with 2 flights of stairs lol. Cons: it’s exhausting, we have to plan times to take our 2 small dogs out around the kids’ schedule, I have to REALLY plan and be a pack mule if I want to go somewhere since I can’t take a stroller with me, and being in building one is annoying with Quebec right next to us. I would have requested the first floor, but one wasn’t available.
The apartment itself: heating the place is sort of wacky, the living room is very cold since there is no heater in that room, but there is a wood burning fireplace. Our hard floor areas are a wood laminate (very grainy so hard to clean, but very pretty) and I’ve seen tile in other places. That seems to be the case with the apartments, as something needs fixed, it is replaced but not the exact same as others. You may get a top freezer fridge, or you may get one with an ice machine, different fans, lights, blinds, carpet, etc. The windows are very inefficient so get thermal curtains or a blanket. Be sure to clean it yourself because they don’t do a good job at checking the previous tenant’s cleaning skills. Oh, and for the bedrooms there arent lights, just one of those upside down outlets (forgot what they are called) that are connected to the light switch. Have to say I love the closets for some reason.
The reason I took off a star was the lack of response on maintenance, when I requested multiple times for the close and broken tree branches, balcony door and screen door wouldn’t lock, and the window screens didn’t fit properly. They did respond when I was smelling drugs in my 2^nd bath, and they couldn’t do anything without catching the apartment at fault. We can’t figure out why we are smelling it in OUR apartment still.
There was just one apartment available when we needed it (a month in advance) so be sure to think hard –but quick– about your decision. Blessings!

Excellent place to live! The staff is friendly and private, however the location is not the best. The apartments are well maintained and the leasing office on site is full of great amenities. I’m really sad we had to leave this place. If you are looking for a private and quite community to live — The Parc is the place. I would for sure move back here if I had the chance to.

Apartment is pretty nice but parking is so bad half the time you have to park by Big Lots

I have lived here for a year and I will not be staying here another year. This is why I would not recommend this place. The parking is awful. When I moved in there were literally fingernail clippings in drawers. Nothing was cleaned. It smelled like someone had been smoking in the apartment for years and their attempt to paint didn’t cover the odor.
There are lots of bad reviews about this place that I read before moving in, I asked the staff about them and they informed me that those reviews were written while under different management and the new management has a strong focus on tenant satisfaction. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I have actually heard them use this lie with other potential tenants while in the office picking up a package.
Throughout the year this is what I found the Parc at Cherry Creek is about making money, they will do as little as possible for you as a tenant. If the term slumlord refers to landlords who attempt to maximize profit by minimizing spending on property maintenance, they can file this place under said term. They have vague policies that allow them to fine you and make more money. They don’t ever tell you about these policies and sadly enough simply paying the questionable fines is cheaper than hiring legal representation so they get away with it.
