Bun Bo Hue is on point! I have been on a quest to find the best BBH around Denver, and this is the BEST! Paired with the freshest bean sprouts, banana leaves, rau ram, lime, shrimp paste, real chili oil, and optional pickled onion, this place is the place to be! They have very soft pork feet, cha, beef, tendon, blood– all the essentials of BBH. No need to travel to California for BBH anymore! P. S. My boyfriend approves 100% and he’s the pickiest bun bo hue critic on Earth. ;) Also, might I add, their taro boba is excellent! They have mini boba balls making it even more yummy!

Amazing bun bo hue! Best I’ve had in Denver – broth is a bit lighter than others, but don’t let that fool you, it’s full of flavor and clean. They leave the spices and other condiments on the side for you to add to your liking.

This place gets lost in the abundance of Vietnamese restaurants on Federal, but what a GEM!!! The best bun bo hue I’ve EVER had! Comes with all the fixings like pickled onions, shrimp paste, chili pepper sate sauce, a WIDE array of vegetables. I couldn’t be happier enjoying my big bowl of soup! This place is a MUSTTRY. I went back again the following week to ensure the consistency and oh my gollly!!! And you have to try the Vietnamese ice coffee here. I was literally in heaven. You can tell its family owned, the places I LOVE most! I will most definitely be spreading the word and visiting often! I’m posting 2 pictures cause I literally can’t say enough about this place!

This place has the best bun Bo hue in Denver ! You can tell by the broth that they make their food with love. I take my kids to get their hair cut every other week and will be ordering take out from them each time I’m there.

Always go for the specialty of a restaurant. The bun bo Hue(BBH) will satisfy your cravings. They are very generous with the meat(although the pork blood did not taste soft and fresh), and veggies. The soup’s flavor was spot-on. I added a lot of chili sate, Sriracha, and jalapenos, giving the heat and extra spice my mouth needs. I’m glad this place opened and serve decent BBH!

Best bun bo hue in Denver. Not to the level of bun bo hue at An Nam in San Jose, CA or Ngu Binh in Westminster, CA, but it’s much better than other places around Denver.

Best Bun Bo Hue in Denver!!! The lemongrass aroma coming from the broth was so delicious. The bowl of soup is filled with all different types of meat.(Thinly sliced cook beef shanks, pig’s knuckles, congealed pig blood, and cha). The broth has deep rich beef/lemograss flavors and the meats are flavorful and plentiful. Service was attentive and the price was just right. For under $ 10, you can leave full with excellent food. So if you ever want to be a bit adventurous, and want an alternative to phở… you should give bun bo hue a try!

We usually frequent this area and noticed this newly opened where Phở Duy used to be located. One of their specialties is their Bun Bo Hue so we decided to give that a try. Glad we did! The broth was really flavorful and the quality was above par compares to what we’ve tried in other restaurants around the area. On the plus side they also offer you the lemongrass/chili spice on the side so you can adjust the spice level to your liking.

Best Bun Bo hue in town. We even tried the Phở which was very fragrant and flavorful, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Just found my «go to «Vietnamese soup restaurant.

I have had bun bo hue at many places including the famous ones in San Jose and Houston, Bun Bo Hue An Nam and Bun Bo Hue Duc Chuong respectively. This is the BEST and AUTHENTIC bun bo hue I have ever had in my past 35 years in America. It’s done right from the aroma, taste and ingredients. Even the cha hue is excellent and taste so homemade. I am so glad that it’s done the way it’s supposed to. Kudos to the chef! I highly recommend this dish and trust me — no one makes it better. Tammie

We had egg rolls, Phở Tai Chin, and the Bun Bo Hue, everything was pretty good, highly edible. The egg rolls were my favorite part of the meal. The Bun Bo Hue was a decent representation, but I have had much better in San Francisco. The Phở was pretty lackluster. The broth was thin and lacked depth of flavor. Also with the Tai Chin it comes with rare beef and well done brisket. The brisket was cut kind of weird and it was tougher with more connective tissue than I have ever had before. I eat have eaten many, many, bowls of phở in last few years. Not a bad little restaurant, that sits in the former Phở Duy storefront. Phở Duy moved to the building next to it. We have been to its new location and it is still just about my favorite in town. I still want to keep trying as many restaurants in town, and this one is pretty new, and maybe we caught it on an off day.

Best bun bo Hue in town!!! It is exactly how it’s supposed to be and served with all the right condiments and and greens. I’ve also had the phở ga and mi quang, although good and tasty, not as good as the bun bo Hue in my opinion.

Great food and good service. Bun bo hue tastes just like the authentic traditional one from Viet Nam. I love it a lot. It reminds me of the noodle I used to get in Viet Nam. The Mi Vit Tim also has a rich broth and good flavor.

Bun bo Hue excellent with very flavorful broth and all required ingredients. The Mi Vit Tim(duck & noodle) is also very good and authentic, it even has picked green mango slices on the side, just like the way it was in Saigon.
