We’re a small boutique shop in the heart of Sloan’s Lake, specializing in interesting value wines from across the globe. We offer a great selection of premium spirits as well as craft beers (Yeah, the staples are here too!). Our goal is to provide excellent service and quality products at a fair price.

We purchased the store late in 2006, and have been in the process of improving it ever since. Wine is our emphasis, but we love anything artisinal and have bulked up the scotch, bourbon, tequila and cordial selections appropriately. The beers have grown as well and we now have over 100 craft, micro and Belgian selections.

History

Established in 2006.

In 2006 Brian purchased an existing liquor store, which had seen much diversity in the 50 years it was in existence. Brian and his wife Kim have transformed the very tired location into Toast!, a boutique bottle shop that prides itself on premium customer service and quality beverages.

Business Owner

Brian comes from the service industry, having been a server for seven years before opening Toast! He has successfully completed the first level of the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Advanced Level with the International Wine Guild, as well as having passed the Food and Wine Pairing Course with the IWG. Kim has passed the first level CMS and both are pursuing further education, enjoying the moment and tasting everything they get their hands on.
