Customer service here is great, however the dryers here need some serious work. I was in there for my last time and my clothes almost caught on fire because they do not maintain their equipment here. The washers wash fine but will no longer be a customer due to some of my clothes being burnt and destroyed. I had to re-wash them the same day at another laundry mat because they had an unbreakable smoke/burnt smell. There dry cleaning is fine but no longer will be back to wash my clothes although they are the best price around. The owner should really make a presence here and take care of the dryers and make sure they are all working equally so customers don’t have to go in guessing that a dryer will work or have to worry about your clothes catching on fire. Will not be back until they put together a maintenance schedule and are consistent with their repairs.

I brought my wedding veil here to be cleaned. It is a family heirloom and I figured since they advertised that they cleaned wedding dresses/veils, that I could trust them to clean it. Unfortunately, they damaged it in the process. Honestly, I dont know how they cleaned it, but it looked like it was just thrown in a washing machine. The veil was in great shape when I brought it there. It was totally unraveIing and barely secured at the comb. How could they hand this to me and still charge me full price without a blink of an eye? If I was the owner, I wouldve been embarrassed! I could understand if they damaged it and took full responsibility and apologized. sent it out to be fixed. but that is not what happened. I was told by the manager or owner, not sure who she really is, that it wasnt their fault at all. It wasnt their fault because it was«old» and delicate… that no matter how they cleaned it, it wouldve been damaged. Excuse me? But if that was the case, then a simple phone call before cleaning it wouldve been nice. It wouldve been decent of them to warn me at least. It took days to get in touch with the lady in charge, and quite frankly, she sounded arrogant and rude when I did reach her. Her way of dealing with me-so we didnt argue over the fact-was to send it to HER seamstress to be fixed. She would cover the cost… but now I had another trip to make, another task that I hadnt planned on. and with two toddlers to tote along as well. I dropped it off with the seamstress, but before leaving, the lady had no clue what she was going to do. It was so messed up that she couldnt figure out how it could be fixed. I just said, out of frustration, just make it wearable. I finally picked it up today… and it looks like a 2 year old put it back together! The threads are coming loose and it just looks terrible. I have to have it repaired again. it is absolutely not wearable. This whole fiasco has been a nightmare. Im not even going to bother following up with the seamstress, she is obviously a friend of the dry cleaner lady and had no intention of fixing my veil properly. I felt I was just a problem that needed to be taken care of as fast as possible. Do not go to Professional Image Dry cleaners. they are completely incompetent and have no pride in their business. Its upsetting that my veil is destroyed. More upsetting that they could care less. Warning: if you care about your garments… dont leave them with these people. 0 star rating if it was possible.

My mom brought my brand new UGGS here to be cleaned– I got them for Christmas and cleaning up after dinner I dropped a glazed carrot on one– eek! It left a big grease mark on my otherwise pristine boots. My mom offered to get them cleaned so she brought them to professional image. I just got them back and the grease stain did come out… however, the dry cleaners thought it would be a good idea to put 3 plastic tabs through each boot near the seam to attach a paper number to them, and they left a hole in one of the boots! There are also two very noticeable black marks on the back of one of the boots, which were not there when they were dropped off(I had worn them for about 2 hours and never left the house in them!) DON’T BRINGYOURBOOTSHERE! I just can’t understand why they thought it would be a good idea to pierce the boots with THREE plastic tabs(wouldn’t one have been enough?) to hold on a piece of paper. Put a sticker on the bottom or something!!!
