Love it here, it’s not as crazy as BP with parking, and it’s so much easier to get to than BP as well.
We switched our Pediatrician to this location simply because of the location and convenience. All local streets, and the pharmacy is hardly every super busy.
We love our pediatrician here as well, she’s the doc for my sisters’ kids, so it’s a no-​brainer.
Check-​in is easy and the staff has ALWAYS been totally friendly.
hard to get walk-​in appts, but that’s just a testament to how popular and well-​liked this location is.

Beware of pharmacy. They gave me the wrong prescription and almost killed me. I caught the mistake after I went to take more of what I thought were pain pills and I noticed the numbers on each pill were the same but came from two different bottles!
I barely got an apology… BEWARE!!!

I absolutely love my physician and this location is very nice and very convenient. I don’t know if anyone else has had difficulties with the pharmacy like I have experienced… I would not go through the effort of leaving a review if it were not for the fact that this pharmacy has made mistakes on my perscriptions for the last three consecutive months! This past month I placed my refill order online. I have six maintainence prescriptions. Each had remaining refills. I waited one full week and still no confirmation email that my order has shipped. So I checked my bank account and noticed that I was billed twice for the same refill order ($ 111.67 X2). I called the pharmacy, explained and was told on a Monday that it would all be straightened out and a reverse placed on my debit card. As of Thursday night, still no refund and still no prescriptions! It has been 16 days total since I placed my refill order online! Now I have run out of 5 of 6 of my medications. I asked today if I can just come in and pick them up… the reply was, sure… but they will cost more if you come in rather than waiting for mail order… Really? They screw up… again…not once, not twice but now for the third time in a row and they cannot even offer me an apology or a hey come on down and we’ll make it right because we care about our patients and their health and wellbeing? NO! OBVIOUSLY NOT!
GET IT TOGETHER DIAMOND BAR PHARMACY! Obviously poorly managed by whomever is the head pharmacist. Please have someone with people skills run this pharmacy… PLEASE! I have even resorted to taking my scripts to CVS in Chino Hills and to my surprise, several of my medications are even cheaper than my Kaiser CoPay!!!

One of the newer KP locations. It is open and full of light. When you walk in, the check in is right there, but there is usually a line. I like using the check-​in kiosk to save time when checking in. I’ve only been here for the pharmacy, pediatrics, and the flu clinic. One time, I brought my son for a shot, and it took over an hour. Other times, we walk in and it’s only a 15 minute wait before we are seen. It can vary. The pharmacy is not very busy, so you get your medication pretty quick. When we went to the flu clinic, only a 5 minute wait and we were in and out. Kinda difficult to find, because it is in a hilly area behind several business buildings, but a nice location. The staff that work there are friendly and helpful.

LOVE THIS OFFICE/​LOCATION! The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean… there isn’t that dreary look and feel of death that I notice at many other offices I’ve visited; Its large&spacious with plenty of parking and seating. They have a large family/​pediatric staff, there’s a lab, ob/​gyn, radiology, and pharmacy on-​site… this is your one-​stop shop! They don’t have emergency care or walk-​in services… but I did walk-​in my first time here and they were quick to assist me. They currently have free flu shots too!

Love this since it’s so close to my home. :D They don’t offer emergency services but they do offer Family, Ob-​gyn, Lab & Pharmacy. They also have flu shot clinics (free!). Eco-​friendly and all the nurses/​doctors are really nice. Plenty of parking! No food is really within walking distance so if you’ll be a waiter, the vending machine is sad. Also has tons of junk food in it which is weird for being a place promoting «Thrive» !!

Nice new building with great design. Staff is friendly. Private parking and pretty location. My daughters are very well attended to by the pediatric staff. Lab, radiology, ob/​gyn and pharmacy on site. As a location for the families of Diamond Bar this Kaiser facility is a treasure. Dinged one star for not having an urgent care or ER. However, I will admit that getting appointments on the same day of an illness has not been as issue — appointments are made rather quickly.

Very nice facility with an eco-​friendly design. It’s always been very clean and organized with friendly staff.
