Tryad Properties Inc. was established as a premier property management company serving Southern California. We have been in business since 2004, built on a passion to assist building owners with a competitive advantage through property management. Tryad’s portfolio consists of several large and small office buildings and retail centers of various sizes.

Tryad Properties places great emphasis on superior quality service for building owners and tenants. We have found through experience that our elevated level of service and excellent communication, with the tenants and owners, has led to increased retention of tenants within our buildings. This dynamic quality of service is achieved by a hands on approach tailored toward the owners needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Dan Z.

Business Owner

Dan has over 15 years of commercial property management experience. He worked as an Asset Manager with Adler Realty Investments overseeing all of their Southern California properties, which total over a million square feet.

As an Asset Manager he supervised four property managers and a maintenance crew of five. He was directly involved in the acquisitions of buildings, renovations and leasing of all properties. He also was responsible for lease renewal negotiations and the construction management of tenant improvements.

Prior to working at Adler Realty Investments he worked at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services where he managed over 700,000 square feet of retail and 300,000 square feet of office buildings located throughout California

He is a graduate from Brigham Young University and has obtained the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management
