Business Owner

Dr. Chad Upchurch D.C., a native of Dickson, Tennessee, founded Life Source Chiropractic & Wellness after graduating from Cleveland College of Chiropractic in 1998. Prior to his chiropractic degree, he graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1994 with a major in psychology. Dr. Chad Upchurch is passionate about spreading the message of wellness. He seeks to find the true cause of the problem rather than chasing symptoms. In addition to providing cutting-​edge chiropractic care, he also specializes in functional medicine. He writes weekly newspaper articles, holds weekly workshops at his office and participates with businesses in health fairs and safety lectures. Since opening his office 17 years ago, he has seen thousands of people improve their health and wellness by embracing the chiropractic lifestyle.
