I don’t know that I will be able to find all of the words that I need to show my gratitude and appreciation for what Bob was able to do for me this week. I have a bulging disc between the L5 & L6 of my lower back as well as degenerative arthritis in my lower back. I have suffered from back pain since my mid 30’s and now at 44 fear what the future holds for my vitality. I am at a crossroads. I have been managing my pain holistically on my own but for the past 2 weeks I have digressed so badly that walking is almost impossible and I am dragging my left leg just to get across the room. I called this Thursday morning in hopes to get in to see Bob after hearing about his healing hands. I was not hopeful, just trying to find a glimmer off relief until I could go in for a surgical epidural on February 29^th. After seeing Bob I was already feeling relief right when I got off the table. I was still in pain but not dragging my leg to get across the room. The next morning I was in pain from him working the muscles but not in the same kind of pain as the past 4 months. I was skeptical because as the day went on the pain set back in. I went back to the bed on the heating pad and to my zero gravity position … The only way I can escape the pain. However, my sleep last night was much more restful and with less pain. Today I went through the entire day with my pain level down to a 2 from a 7 out of 10. I did not take pain pills AT ALL today and I am having minimal pain. I have to believe this is because of Bob. Going to call on Monday and make sure I get in for an appointment for next week. Praying that the healing continues. Thank you so much Bob!

i truly recommend Bob. Bob concentrates on the specific problem areas. I have migraine problems that can be caused from my neck and has saved me from some very anticipated excrutiating migraines. Bob is also very professional and courteous. He has shown me stretching exercises to help eliviate anches and groans after long weeks of commuting 125 miles a day. I highly recommend Bob as your masseuse..

First off let me start by saying I have been searching for a good massage therapist since my move to Discovery Bay and I am happy to report my search is over! I didn’t find a good one I found a Great one!!! Bob is a master of this art and I am so excited to finally be feeling relief after years of being in chronic pain. I am still in amazement that I don’t wake up in agony anymore. If you are searching search no more… this man is a miracle worker.

Bob is the consummate professional! Super friendly with amazing technique! My husband and I are both clients. We lead stressful, busy lives making regular massages a necessity. Bob has worked out all of the damage that stress has caused our bodies and remedied our lower back and hip pain. I tried several therapist after moving to Discovery Bay two years ago. Either they couldn’t keep their appointments or they wanted to treat me with their own technics without understanding my needs.
I’m a 62 Year old man, I play golf, I have arthritis in my spine and neck and I commute 120 miles a couple days a week to my business.
After some surgery I had in May of 2015 to correct a problem I was having in my bladder I was laid out for a month on my back. Thank God, I was fortunate enough to meet Bob while I began my recovery. He took one look at my walk and knew I was in bad shape.
He was able to take the chronic condition I was in, at the time and applied special massage, stretching and manipulation technics that were suited for me. He gave me simple exercises that I could do between appointments and suggested a Chiropractor that he highly recommended.
Today not only do I do my part in taking care of my body, I can play golf with a quicker recovery time and less pain, I am more flexible and my body feels it’s in the best shape of my adult like and best of all I am getting stronger.

I highly recommend seeing Bob. I’ve had several massages in my life and rarely have I ever left feeling such relief in the specific problem areas I had. I told Bob I had lower back soreness (wake up with it daily) and at the time my neck was pretty stiff. We spent the whole hour working on my lower and upper back and I felt so much more movement the following day in both areas.
Bob spent the last ten minutes stretching out my legs, which are a huge contributor to lower back soreness. He was definitely a professional and is highly recommend. A good massage leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed that day. A great massage leaves you feeling that way for several days after, Bob takes a more holistic approach that leads to the latter.

I bought 2 massages from Bob’s table at the Discovery Bay Yacht Club’s Holiday fair. I went today for my first one. Very nice location and as usual Bob gave me an amazing massage with stretching and special attention to my neck where I was having some stiffness. The new location is very nice. I would like to try the Yoga classes next. The room holds 8 – 10 students which is just right for Yoga.

I just had my first massage by Bob and I couldn’t be happier. I felt very comfortable and his ability to listen and reassure made the whole experience wonderful. He was always checking in as he worked his magic to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right. He also showed me some ways to alleviate discomfort and stretching I can do at home. I am a hairdresser who stands on my feet 8 – 10 hours a day and wanted to find someone who understood how important it is to relieve the pain from doing the work I do and he did just that. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and pain free. I am so happy to have found him and I already booked my next appointment. Thank you Bob
