Seemed clean enough, during broad daylight, until I seen a roach climb out from behind the bathroom mirror. You know what they say you see 1 theres thousands more in the walls… Fear of them getting in clothes and what else around this room. Very disappointing! All hotels are suppose to be free of pests… Health Dept. issues…

We stayed here one night for a soccer tournament and we had a great stay. The from desk was super friendly and offered fresh cookies and coffee when we arrived. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had breakfast in the am and it was like any other … We will definitely consider staying here again :)

This place always delivers. I love the location – about 20 minutes from Sacramento. The price is great, as well as the amenities. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I love the rooms as they have a seating area (en suite), as well as nice bedding and pillows. Very clean. Either the inn has been remodeled or it is fairly new. Nevertheless, try this place if you’re looking for something outside of Sacramento or on the way to the Bay Area. The manager, Dinah, is always pleasant and she remembers me every time I check-​in. Note: sometimes their computers are slow when checking out, but other than that, all goes smoothly.

First I’ll say this, I probably check into 35 hotels per year, and for more years I want to admit. It’s NEVER gone like this.
Worst customer service ever. The clerk (Nicole) eventually refused to check us in, in spite of our pre-​paid and confirmed reservation via
, because she was so incompetent she couldn’t figure out how the transaction was handled through
. The first problem was that my Visa card didn’t match the Amex card that was on file. So eventually she called
, not sure which number, because while she was on hold, I called them, spoke to someone there, and they called on the desk phone to tell her the Amex card is from
!! Duh! I paid already using my Visa, so they in turn pay the hotel with their Amex card. Are you with me here? I know it’s complicated but try to stay with me. Geesh. No apology from Nicole of course, just a lot of reading that computer screen while I stand there watching the clock tick towards 30 min into this exercise.
The sign said ‘manager on duty’. But they were only available by phone, and although Nicole spoke to them she refused to let me talk to them. Apparently the call was more about getting approval to refuse me as a customer, rather than asking for help to check me in. She said I was rude, but c’mon after fiddling around for over 20min, at 3am, She was just staring at the computer screen, dumbfounded, and I got impatient and had to ask, ‘so how long is this going to take’? That was it, she put us out on the street at 4am. Even called the police because I insisted on speaking to
from their lobby before leaving. Straight out of Seinfeld’s Soup Nazi episode! No room for you! Unbelievable. Stay away.

We travel with children, and purposely book hotels with a pool. This one has a pool, but minimal seating. Throughout the hotel are signs saying they’re 100% non-​smoking, but this isn’t true: not only are people allowed to smoke at the pool, it is encouraged, being as they have those smoke towers there. There was very little seating at the pool.
We used the sleeper sofa and, once opened, there was very little room to move about, it was a struggle getting to the bathroom in the night around the open sofa.
Breakfast had the usual fare: waffles, breakfast meat, toast. The bacon was underdone, the bananas almost fully brown, all the bread for toast was white bread.
This hotel has a big «Grand Opening» banner on it. If it is new, that’s bizarre, as much of the furniture in our room was dinged up, the door on the fridge cabinet wouldn’t even close.
Not staying here again.

This place was ok. Breakfast was served until 10 on Saturday and Sunday. …get there early otherwise you are out of luck. People left all their breakfast trash all over… rooms were large and beds were ok. I thought it was kind priced high for what you get. Pool is not heated!!! C ooler weather so having a warmer pool would have been nice.
