I am only giving this place one star because they are very helpful with selecting your items.
So my negative review comes from their poor customer service AFTER your done spending a fortune and the poor quality of some items.
We had to purchase complete bathroom sets (vanities, faucets, mirrors, etc) for multiple bathrooms being renovated.
The delivery for the first bathroom was ok except for the fact that the faucet was faulty. We told them about it and we went to the store to replace it.
Second delivery was fine.
Third (and final) delivery just left a very sour taste in our mouth.
1. Our contractor brought to our attention that the drain for the shower floor was not leveled. When you step on it, it leans to one side. When I brought it to our sales reps attention they said it’s going to be like that until our contractor installed it properly. After being all done with the renovation, it still leans to one side every time you step on it. So no bath trends rep, it wasn’t our contractors poor installation; its your faulty product that you weren’t courteous enough to exchange for us.
2. They delivered the wrong colored sink and our contractors were literally waiting on the delivery to start measuring where everything was going to be installed. When I called, I spoke to our rep and they said that they would call us back to let us know when they could send someone out to replace it. 2 days later and no return phone call. So when I called I spoke to another rep (not the one that originally tended to us) and I told them that I had already called a few days ago regarding the wrong sink that was delivered to us and that rep told me that there was no order in the system stating that the wrong sink was delivered but that they could take my number down and call me back to let me know when I could get it delivered. Annoyed that the original rep forgot about correcting the issue, I took a deep breath and said that we needed the correct one brought over to us as soon as possible. They said that the soonest the correct sink could get delivered to us was a week. I continued to remain calm and courteous and told them that we really needed it before then because we are already delayed due to their error and asked if it was possible to go pick up the correct sink at the warehouse. Instead of apologizing for the error, I got an attitude and was told that supposedly their warehouse doesn’t deal with the public and that the delivery won’t be made until another week. I expressed to them (again) that because of their error this was going to delay the construction. Her response to that: well I could take down your number like I already said and call you back to let you know how soon we could replace your sink but your being difficult.
Being difficult? If it wasn’t for your error, we wouldn’t have any difficulties. PERIOD! Eventually the attitude wasn’t necessary because they ended up coming out the same day I made the call to replace the sink AND I was also able to go TWICE to their warehouse during the week to pick up tile that I also purchased from them.
It’s very upsetting that they are helpful enough only during the time of purchase, but they are quick to suck their teeth and roll their eyes when you bring up a faulty product OR when they commit an error that delays your renovations.
Tip for Bath Trends Employees: Own up to your companies mistakes. Don’t turn it around on an unhappy customer that has every right to be frustrated with your poor customer service skills.

What a great experience — we were just out looking for a bathroom vanity, and we left with a purchase. Sandra was so very helpful — she wasn’t pushy at all but was super knowledgeable about all their products, explaining differences between different vanities and tops, toilets and manufacturers. She even pointed us toward one that we really liked and was available across the street at their outlet for $ 400 less in a slightly different color, still in the original box! (And the same cabinet is on Amazon right now for $ 1500 — $ 700 more!!) Michelle, at the outlet, was also extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Really really good place to begin and end your search for all things bathroom!

Well, now I’ll subtract a star for blatantly lying to me and any other Unilocal users that rely on the reviews for honesty and reliability. I have pictures to PROVE that the display model was used. Please stop embarrassing yourselves and simply admit your mistakes. There’s more honor in it.

******* BE AWARE ******** This place has a beautiful showroom, BUT THEY ARE THIEFS!!! If you returned the merchandise they charge you a 25% stocking fee. I have never been charge such an horrendous amount for stocking. That area is full of other stores that offer the similar products. AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!

I visited the Bath Trends store in Doral, and I was pleasantly surprised at the attention and care that the associated provide. I purchased two vanities, and I will also be visiting them in the near future for my Kitchen renovations. Awesome stock, great customer service! Visit the store! I strongly recommend Bath Trends.

Great wide variety of bathroom fixtures, and the customer service was great. Very pleased with this store. Ill be revisiting soon, to make my final purchase.

This review is for Bath Trends Aventura.
I’ve been shopping for a vanity for a while, went to several places in Doral, then one day I saw this place near my house. I went to check it out, found what I wanted, Domingo help me answering my questions without pressuring me on buying. I bought a beautiful vanity on a Monday, on Wednesday it was already in my house. Couldn’t be happier with the service. I will come back later to review the product once it’s in use.

Wish I could give negative stars! I had the same issue with purchasing and then having to go to the showroom and not being able to pick up because the warehouse closed at five so was unable to take merchandise home also I’ve been using the shower panel that I paid $ 600 for and now after six months and it just works horribly the knobs are hard to turn it is already resting the quality is very poor in my opinion it is better to just save a little more money and purchase something of higher quality I cannot believe that they even sell this to the public crap this is crap buyer beware they will not honor their warranty.

We were shopping for a new vanity and happened to find this place on Unilocal.We decided to check it out since we wre on a tight deadline. The showroom had a lot to offer. Visually it allowed you the creative eye to explore. We ended up picking one and will be installing it later this week.
When we left to pick up the vanity at another location, I noticed if you check in on Unilocal,you get a 10% discount. We had to rush to the wear house since they closed at 5:00, even though the showroom doesn’t close till 5:30 (ignore the business hours on Unilocal).
So we went back after picking up our new vanity to get the price adjusted with our 10% coupon. The gentleman that helped us didn’t want to apply it. He stated he gave us a coupon when he discounted the medicine cabinet that we told him we didn’t want or need.
Luckily the general manager happened to be sitting next to him and told him to just give us the discount. She also mentioned when we needed anything for our other bathroom not to hesitate to come back. Luckily she was there. I loved that store but had they not honored their coupon we would have probably never been back. If all turns well we will be going back in a few weeks. If anything fails during installation I will certainly report back.

good selection, a bit over priced

Extremely disappointed with bathroom vanity quality that was purchased for 1,400. The color sold was chocolate brown but when item was opened up it was black.

Really cool tiles!!! My only concern is that they are almost ALL priced the EXACT same amount. If you’re like «Ok I want to use this expensive tile and combine it with a less expensive one» it won’t happen. There is no less expensive one. All of the tiles are $ 10 a sq ft. Kind of pricey but they do have very modern designs. We will be buying one of our bathroom wall tiles from here (and combining it with another less expensive one).
