Established in 1982.

Southwest Plumbing has been in the same location and owned by same owner’s for 28 years. Dennis Watson, CEO, Tom Watson, President, and Paul Roache, Vice President. All three principals are native Miamians and have deep roots personally and professionally in South Florida. All are state licensed Plumbing Contractors. Each has decades of local South Florida experience in all phases of new construction and repair plumbing. Our current main office and warehouse facility was built in 1994 after Hurricane Andrew destroyed our original location 2 blocks away. Since 1982, we have grown by expanding the scope and volume of business. Southwest Plumbing has installed plumbing systems in thousands of homes, businesses, and commercial facilities in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.
