I had them do my return last year. They told me I would get a refund of $ 400. The IRS sent back paperwork saying I would receive no refund and that they had made an error.
It has been 9 months and they are still waiting on the to refund me the tax prep fees.
I would consider any other tax preparer before I go back to this office.
