Highly professional and efficient! Have used them several times for issues with our water well and have been very pleased. Last week our well went out and they came out and pulled the pump and motor, which had died, and had us back in operation the next day. Would have been faster, but weather (lightening) kept them from finishing the first day. The crew was beyond excellent! They all worked every minute they were here, went to extra lengths to keep their truck from damaging our grass, and were courteous to a fault. Comparing my experience with Bee Cave Drilling to my neighbors, who used other well services, I’ve concluded I’ll never use anyone else. Excellent company with top notch people.

We had a complicated water well situation at the property we bought near Driftwood in 2015 and they helped us through every step, even when the best solutions for us weren’t going to make them a ton of money. Jim Blair wants customers for life, and he’s got one in me thanks to his honesty, forthrightness, and willingness to find answers that work best for ME, not him. I have no doubt that the next time I have an issue I’ll call Jim and he’ll have somebody out to fix it in no time at all.
To a man, his work crews are personable, professional, organized, and fast. I met half a dozen of them during the time we were figuring my well out, and they were ALL great, hard-​working people. When was the last time you had a guy out to your property who was willing to soak himself from the chest down to his boots at the end of the day to finish a job the way you wanted it done? With a smile on his face? That’s the kind of guys that work for this company. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Called and needed a quote to fix a leak in our well, they responded VERY quickly and even came to give me a free estimate the next day! Jared helped us through everything and sent a gentleman just 2 days later to fix it all up! Super nice guys and great price! Will be using them for any and all well issues that may arise.

In addition to a lack of professional conduct, communication, and performance, it took them 5 days to fix my well. Because Bee Cave Drilling did not turn the pump back on (which they deny), the septic inspector had to come out two times, causing me to have to pay for an additional inspection. Fortunately, Texas Water Systems (who was servicing the water softener), who had to make three trips, did not charge me for their additional trips. Bee Cave Drilling denies responsibility for setting the pump to the reset setting on the pump saver which turns the pump off until it is calibrated, thus no water can be pumped from the well. They also denied my request for them to pay for the re-​inspection of the septic system, which was clearly their fault. Additionally, trash was left around the well head and the fact they didn’t replace the power to my softener system leaves me with no alternative but to give this company a 1 star.

I was just looking for general numbers due to looking at a lot to purchase. They called immediately and helped me out with a good idea on what it would cost!

When we were in the purchase process of our house, we asked Bee Cave to inspect the water system. Mac arrived promptly and performed a top-​notch inspection. And since we also asked them to test the water, they did that, too, and gave us the results in a timely manner. Front to back, they were very professional and easy to work with.
After some time went by, we started having some water pressure and flavor issues. I set up an appointment and out Mac came again to do some troubleshooting. He was excellent at showing me what he was doing and explaining the system to me. Since we have a well that fills a 2,500 gallon holding tank, the system is kinda complicated and I knew nothing about it. Not any more! Mac went over everything, fixed all our troubles and set me straight on how to maintain the system going forward.
A note about Mac. This guy loves water. Seriously. He knows everything about water systems, waster sheds and aquifers. He is the guy to ask for.

I was very disapointed in thier services. I had to rely on them to do a good job with no supervision as I am home alone with two small kids. While they did get our water back on, which is why we called, he failed to mention to me the various major & dangerous issues in our well house. He did exactly what we called him in for and did not warn me about things like electrical wires sitting in water or the fact that our compressor was not only the wrong kind of compressor, but also broken. We had just moved into this home & were unaware of the dangerous situation in our well house. It seems to me that these are things he could easily have mentioned for the safety of everyone. Very disapointing.

Needed someone to check out a well on some property I was considering purchasing. Came out the very next day after I called, right on time. Mac was quick and efficient, obviously very knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of free advice. Price was right. Would definitely use this company again.

These guys inspected our well, installed a 2,500-gallon water storage tank for us, poured a 10′ x 13′ slab for our new well house/​shed and split our well into two lines — one to feed the sprinkler system and another to send softened water to the house. John (the salesperson I dealt with) had excellent ideas every step of the way. The job was completed on-​time and it allowed us to get into our new house when we wanted to. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs help with their well!
