I’ve been going to this guy forever! Even after moving to LA, I still arrange my dentists visits when I’m back in Dublin. He is a gentle and efficient dentist.
Office is comfortable, the massage chairs rock and the staff are great!
Above all it’s hard to find someone you can trust with your health and he has earned my trust and in turn my loyalty as a patient.

I went to Dr. Conways new office in Dublin for my first appointment and I was extremely impressed. The new office is has a great feel to it and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It is billed as a Dental Spa and now I see why. As I sat in the chair to start my exam and cleaning, Dr. Conway turned on the Massage Chair and then had me select a NetFlix moving on the TV screen just overhead that I watched as they were doing their work. The cleaning was great and there was little to no pain as all the techniques and tools are the latest and greatest technologies and practices. Even though my office is in walking distance across the street I would definitely make a drive for this type of service and atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

My crown came off and my dentist is in LAI asked their office what’s a fair price for putting it in w/​permanent cement? Their office said $ 50 – 70 is fair, anything over $ 150 is exorbitant. I called my former dentist-​when I lived in SF-​Dr. Thomas Jacobs D.D. S., explaining to his office that I was cost sensitive (I had to explain what that meant) and I moved back to the area, and I wouldn’t always be so broke. They got back to me w/​$ 175! When I reiterated the previous-​it was either not conveyed or he’s too busy to give a shit. Anyway, driving to class the next day I’m searching for a CVS to get temp dental glue and floss. I see a neon Open sign & Dentist. So why not, I explain my sitch, the receptionist was pretty and very nice. Dr. Conway wanted to speak to my dentist in LA before going ahead. After he spoke w/​Dr. Badri he said great all’s a go, let’s get an xray to make sure all is good. I asked how much for gluing back into my head and the xray – he unknowingly fell smack in the middle of fair at $ 60. Yes, after reading the reviews I was nervous. But w/​2 of the 3 people in the office brand new I figured he was trying to redeem himself. Nice man, nice staff-​he did a fine job.

Horrible experience with this dentist! I had a root canal done and he left the temporary packing in and put on my permanent crown with the packing still underneath. It rotted under the crown for over 9 months and when I couldn’t stand the pain any longer and had an intense infection in my bone I sought alternative help. It took 3 months of appointments to correct the issue. Please do your research before using this dentist.

At first I really enjoyed Doctor Conway and his staff. During my second visit I was told that I absolutely needed a root canal — just a few weeks before a huge event in my life! He scared me into it and I agreed. The procedure seemed to work out fine but my insurance, even secondary, was maxed out because of all the other treatments Dr Conway talked me into before he told me about the root canal so I paid almost $ 1000 out of pocket.
About 9 months after my root canal I decided to try a new dentist in San Ramon because I wanted a second opinion about possible dental work I might need. When the new dentist took XRays she almost screamed out in horror and asked who did my root canal and how long ago. There was so much decay under the «modern CEREC crown» that Dr. Conway created for me after the root canal, my dentist is now worried she will have to do the entire procedure over again. She says that the tooth should absolutely not be this decayed after such a short amount of time. Because the root canal was only 9 months ago the insurance company now does not want to pay for the replacement crown that I will need when my new dentist fixes the horrible work Dr. Conway did.

They have this cool automated coffee/​latte/​espresso machine in the waiting room that is very addictive. What is with dentists that give out candy, coffee, etc. I guess it is to drum up more business.
Nice guy, great staff — the receptionist is a kick in the pants and the dental hygienists are fun and nice to talk to (if you can talk with the sucker thing in your mouth. Even the lectures for not enough flossing are humorous, but the point is well made.
The kids and I now see him. Nothing wrong with my previous dentist in Livermore, but Dr Conway is more conveniently located. And once I started going there I was completely comfortable. Plus with the kids, he has worked with me a little on some of the costs.
It’s a small office, but they never over book. Always on-​time, none of us have had to wait more than 5 minutes past our scheduled time. When is the last time you could say that about one of your Doctors?
They do all the standard dentistry as well as teeth whitening services. And if Todd (who does the books) is in the office, say high. Fun guy and maybe he will give you an extra discount :).
