Rude, inconsiderate workers! The mexican lady with a brownish blonde-​ish hair color took my order and got the change wrong. I believe her name is Alicia based on my receipt.
She was also TALKING ON HER CELLPHONE in spanish, taking a personal call from home (Samsung — black color) while in front of the register and an entire line was waiting for her to take their order. There was at least 5 people in line.
If she wasnt so busy NOT WORKING she wouldnt mess up orders. (While I was waiting a guy got his food to go and he said it was «for here». The other mexican lady that was prepping the food just grabbed a tray and slammed his paper bag of food on top of it. How freakin RUDE was that?! Didnt even bother taking it out of the bag and placing it on the tray neatly. Let along being so rude about it.
This place is a MESS.

These are low life Hispanics with no class. You want a higher minimum wage, you need to be what you are worth. GO TO WENDY“S as this place is a joke. THE FISH STINKS FROM THE HEAD DOWN. Whoever is teaching these pigs is a pig.

Second time getting my order wrong. I am allergic to mayo, and stated that no mayo on my sandwiches. I asked the lady working if the teriyaki chicken sandwich had mayo, she said I don’t know. She didn’t bother to find out, or just put no mayo anyways. I threw away my food, and I won’t be going back.

Second time here after bowling and can’t recommend this location. The tables and floor are consistently not cleaned on regular basis. Supplies for drinks not stocked. Food is okay it slow to get. Once the person (not more to help) was frustrated cooking and taking orders. She made people wait for 10 minutes before even acknowledging pie presence and panicked at orders.

Food okay, but dirty inside and unkept.
Virtually every table was soiled with left over condiments, napkins, etc.

I came here at 11pm through the drive thru. I ordered, went to to window, charged my card, waited for 5 minutes for my food, lady came back saying the grill was closed. If I wanted to get a refund, Id have to come back the next day. Like Id come back to this p.o.s BK. Why oh why did they charge me if it was closed in the first place? 24 hour drive thru to see how retarded this place was. So dumb. So I went to jack in the box. Much happier! :)

I am done with this place. They say they are open 24 hours a day, I CALL BULL $#!+. I would say a good 50% of the time when I go there after midnight, the lights are on but no one’s home. The other half of the time when there are actually employees there after midnight, I still feel the same way after talking with them «The light are on but no one’s home.» Here’s the best part, when I actually get to place an order and drive forward to the window, they take my money and ask me to put my car in reverse about 20 feet. I assume that this is to make sure that the recorded time it takes for me to receive my order is a lot shorter that the actual time. # NEVERGOINGBACK

I don’t know what is going on since the «facelift» to the outside? But maybe they need to «facelift» the STAFF at the drive-​up windows, because for the past month solidly, once a week, they are so incredibly slow and I’ve been waiting up to 30 mins. with but 3 cars ahead of me in line!!! What is their problem? WHY is this happening? Today? I just turned around and won’t be back until I know things are better. Terrible disappointing this CONTINUES!!!

This is a review of their drive thru. Since this is the closest fast wood from work, on occasion, I have to go to this Burger King due to very tight time constraints. Time and time again, drive thru always have hang ups: Wrong condiment, no condiment, no straw, no napkin, half-​filled fries/​o-​rings, and once in a blue moon, rude employee.
Burger King is somewhere around the bottom of my list for fast food. My experience with their drive thru at this location does not help.

Really bad service. On the door it said they open at 5:30 am. I was there at 6:30 am and no one was there. I’ll never go back. They don’t deserve a star.

Around 2 pm on a Sunday, I tried opening the door but it was LOCKED! Oh well, if they don’t want my business then I will take it somewhere else.

Horrible service & dishonest staff. They had a different price on the drive thru menu board to what I was quoted over the intercom. As I was driving towards the window, I saw the Manager Alex coming out to check the price on the board as I stopped and mentioned to him that the price is different. I heard him saying something like «don’t show attitude». But I did not even bother to say anything but drove up to the window. Despite of pointing to the different price on the board the front staff still did not honor the price on the menu and charged me a different price on the receipt. I asked why still shows a different price on my receipt. The front staff said they have to go by the menu price, which is charged by the register. I said this is not right. You guys should honor the price that the customer sees when placing the order. At this point, with this kind of awful & dishonest customer service. I wanted to return the entire order. I starting putting the meals back to the counter really quick and one of the items must have fell over the window inside as the front staff who was serving me had walked away and the window had just opened. The manager Alex came back and said we won’t return your money because you had thrown the meals over the window. I said the counter has a slippery surface and one of the items must have fallen over the window when it had opened up. There was a lot of back and forth. Finally, I had no choice but to take the food that I had paid for and to call the corporate office. Again, would never go back to this location ever again.

Got here late at night, cars in the drive-​thru and lights on. While IN line lights shut down and the drive thru line come to a halt. After waiting for a while I finally get to the order kiosk and it’s clearly shut down. I never come here but it was late and I just got off work. I was tired. NEVER AGAIN.

This review is based off of the drive-​through only. The customer service was perfect. They were so nice to me. I don’t do fast food very often but if I’m ever in a hurry again I will come back to this Burger King!

ICK. Over-​priced fast food and terrible to boot. We stop here in the morning to meet my moms’ friend before going to the Jewelry show in San Mateo.

Long story short, don’t expect to get any special orders. Not even something as simple as no pickles on my whopper. The lady was super sweet and even repeated the order back to us. When I got my whopper I realized there was extra pickles. Luckily I didn’t have an allergy because even after removing the pickles from my burger the cheese reeked of pickle juice. My advice, stick to a fast food joint that isn’t world renowned for their poor quality.

I wish I was able to give no star on here I don’t know if it is because new management or whatever it might be but their customer service was horrible the lady at the drive thru kept telling us to reverse the car a couple times maybe to reset the time since they were taking 15 minutes for our two meals and we were the only ones their I got got a whopper that was dripping with mustard it was not edible when I came back to return it she was rude no apologies and they didn’t even have a name tag she gave me wrong order again! I will definitely not be coming back here no more.

What no zero stars? Probably the worst run BK I’ve ever seen. 12 minutes to get my Whopper with Cheese and fries. Don’t just buy American, hire American!

Positive: decent fast food except breakfast, quick service, nice people, clean facility.
Negative: breakfast not as good.

Place was trashed on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30 pm. I love the soda machine that has all the different flavors but this one the ice dispenser sticks so there was a pile of ice.
There were no little cups for the ketchup and the place was dirty
