As for the dealership itself in general, I can’t say. As for Jarrod, one of the salespeople, absolutely terrible. I scheduled a time to come look at a vehicle a few days in advance, because I was driving from 8 hours away. I started my trip a day early and planned on staying with family that lives about 10 minutes from the dealership. When we made it about 45 minutes into the Ohio state line (6 hours of driving behind us at this point) I called Jarrod to see about checking out the car that night since we were ahead of schedule. A secretary took my info and had him give me a call, which he did about 30 minutes later. He told me «the car went to auction». At this point I was a little confused, and was hoping he was confused with someone else, which he wasn’t. I asked him, «Well, can you get it back?» and he said «I will check for you and let you know in the morning.» And I replied with «Well, can you let me know now, because we still have almost 2 hours to drive to get to you». He called back about 15 minutes later and said «Yeah it sold at auction, so I guess your best bet would be to turn around and go home.»
And that was it. I took the day off work, had family planning on us showing up, had taken out a loan at my bank for this vehicle, and had a friend drive me all the way into Ohio (6hours) all for nothing. We turned around and went home. I am still without a vehicle after a few weeks, and have to wait until after the holiday season until dealerships open back up again, and have to find another way to get to whichever dealership I find a vehicle at.

Car buying was a pleasure here. Beautiful new dealership. Tom was my salesman, super nice and explained everything to me very thoroughly. The whole team made my car buying experience wonderful. A very smooth, easy transition. Not to mention I absolutely got the best deal around.
Jeff Weaver, the General Sales Manager was awesome as well. Made me feel right at home and didn’t make me feel like car buying was a dreaded chore. Not at all.
I would recommend to anybody to buy their cars here and don’t forget about service!!!

You handled everything I asked for plus put a whole new «showroom look» to the car. I loved it. I was attentively listened to, was able to get my car in on the MLK Holiday only calling a few hours ahead. I got a really nice loaner but when a hiccup happened that my apartment keys were locked in the center console because the valet code didn’t work, this got fixed rapidly when I picked my car up. In 10 minutes the items were retrieved and I was on my way as fast as possible. Also, the molding that was defective at the time I got the car was beautifully replaced. Your guys did some fine work. There were road tar markings on some parts of the body of the car and these were handled. It doesn’t just look great, it looks beautiful. Thanks VERY much. We’ll be doing more business down the road when I get my next Cadillac.

These guys are fantastic to work with. I have worked with this dealership for service of my vehicle and could not be happier. The staff is fantastic and accommodating, making a trip to the dealership an experience I look forward to rather than a chore. I would highly recommend working with this dealership to anyone in this area.

5^th car in 8 months living in Columbus, so we finally decided to do it right!
Screw Germain with their snobby outlook on how to sell a car, not a penny from us is what I say!
We have gone for a test drive when we first moved here and this was our last chance at getting a new car saturday before having to venture out of Columbus which I was trying to avoid.
Service is impeccable, from when you come in it is beautiful and clean like Germain at Easton but the feeling warmer.
Next no cheap coffee lke Carmax, no water like Germain, no real snazzy coffee and fresh donuts which my son ate 8 of by the time we left.

The boss, Bill took time talking to us about everything from the value of our trade in
(a 2005 Escalade) to explaining financing
(something I had never wanted to do, my German roots taught me if you can’t afford it don’t buy it)
and making us an unbelievable deal on a new Escalade.
Garantie, warranty, I won’t have to put a penny into this car except for gas, they washed and filled up the tank for me, it was a great day and I can recommend them to anyone very very good from start to finish you will be in the best hands!
