I hate Chipotle. It’s highly overrated and there are so many better Mexican spots. However, I was in the area and just wanted a simple burrito. Mission accomplished. It was ok, but the staff was very polite and helpful. If you must eat food and don’t want to travel to a better place, try this Chipotle.

This was our first time coming to this establishment. Even my plain food Yankee hubby enjoyed it. Out only question is, if you have a door facing street, why is it locked during daytime? We had to walk around Panera Bread(hmmm?) Employees were very nice. Hubby said he might even come back.

Came here for dinner with the SO before we headed to Urban Plates for a private tasting… was super disappointed! Upon reading other reviews, I learned that this Chipotle was fairly new, so that could be why there was so much wrong. The little babies still need training, at least I hope that’s the case! When we entered the building, we were met with dirty tables EVERYWHERE. Crumbs here. Sauce drippings there. Napkins strewn underneath tables. It wasn’t even busy when we were there, and there were about four staff members behind the counter. As we approached it, I noticed one member head out towards the dirty tables, possibly to clean them? The person who helped us down the line seemed new/hard of hearing. We had to repeat ourselves on multiple occasions even though we were talking at a pretty reasonable volume. It was as if she just wasn’t paying attention or spacing out when we placed our order the first time. Not a fun game to play… We ordered: Chicken burrito Kid’s meal with steak quesadilla My kid’s meal was in a cute container I’ve never seen before. I was kinda about it! However, my quesadilla was super soggy and oily. I could barely hold it without having a bunch of spare napkins nearby in case of drippings! My fajita veggies were mainly burnt, but I love when my food is «Cajun-style»! Ok not really. The SO’s burrito was devoured within minutes. No complaints there I suppose. We ate at a table that was littered with crumbs — wait, what happened to that girl that left the counter to clean the tables? I thought that’s what she went off to do? Anyway, we ate while looking at a mainly empty, really messy restaurant. With all the talk about e coli outbreaks within the Chipotle franchise, wouldn’t they want to advocate a clean eating environment? Ugh. Super turned off, and would not return. Get it together, Chipotle!

I was absolutely exhausted after only getting a couple hours sleep the night before and the staff here was really helpful in spite of me barely being able to talk without yawning. Savannah in particular was really nice and I hope everyone can have the same experience I had!

I hadn’t been to a Chipotle in a while and after reading an article about the slowed sales, I thought I would visit this place that I used to love. I really wanted to have a good experience, especially knowing how poorly sales have been; however, my experience could only be described as mediocre at best. As I walked into the restaurant, I noticed that it was extremely unkept /dirty. The restaurant was virtually empty(despite it being peak lunch time) and one would expect that the employees would have enough time to wipe down the tables and pick up the floors. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I placed my order for a burrito bowl, I personally observed an employee trying to wipe down the food case with a rag. He proceeded to drag the corner of that rag through the pinto beans, rice and meat trays. One can only imagine where that rag had been before it was dipped into the bean tray. I really wish I hadn’t seen that. I honestly feel bad for writing about this, but it is the truth. While the employee was trying to do his job and that he had good intentions, it only further deterred me from this establishment. Lastly, I wanted to add that the food didn’t taste as good as I remember. The brown rice that I ordered(one of the few things that the rag did not touch) was overcooked and mushy. I usually finish my food here but I left with over half my burrito bowl untouched. Thus, even with the free coupons… I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I am writing this review as I am enjoying my chipotle veggie bowl. This place is great and I always get exceptional customer service especially Bhadria and Kate are awesome. They always make sure that you take your time to decide what you really like to order and help you with smile on their face. Again great customer service skills. I love to come back here every time for my Chipotle veggie bowl. Thanks a lot

The kids who work here are pretty good. I got hooked up with extra steak, which made me tip a lot extra, but hey its for the kids who work there.

This is the Best Chipotle location I have been to. I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about… the people are nice, they don’t rush you, the listen to your order. Also, they give you what you pay for. Not like the other locations that load up in the rice and beans but skimp on everything else…

This is the most friendly Chipotle I’ve been to. The employees always smile and the manager is great. Today they opened 10 minute before 11 and they gave me free food because their register weren’t open yet??? I’m going back here for sure! The outdoor tables are nice!

By far the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to! So surprised they have only two stars. I can always rely on Dublin Chipotle for perfectly cooked steak and large portions! My bowls are seriously always heaping. To make things even better, the staff is very polite. Easiest five stars I’ve ever given.

I like this place cause it’s close to my work. I’ve been here a few times and only experienced one slow time but meal was comped due to the wait. I love how they pack a lot of food on the bowls and burritos. They’re really friendly. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ll keep coming here.

The management needs improvement, they open at 11:00am daily which is posted on the door, I show up at 11:15 and They tell me they weren’t going to open until 1:00pm. I’ve had similar problems in the past with this chipotle. But I got a three strikes you’re out rule, so I’ll give them one more shot

This Chipotle is ridiculous. The line is super slow; slower than other Chipotles I’ve been to. I realized why during my first visit when we finally got to the front after at least 25mins. The assembly line was pretty disorganized. After getting our rice and beans, we had to wait a while to order our meat. The second girl who should have been filling the meats was telling the people behind her what items were out and that was literally it. I did not see her do anything else. Our food the first time was barely even warm. I’m hope it was because it was winter so it cooled down faster instead of them not heating the food long enough due to being in a rush. Although with the recent foodborne illness outbreaks at this chain, who knows. After a subsequent visit, service was still slower than expected despite visiting on a less busy hour. Yes, I know I could order from their app. But if I had to download an app for each restaurant I like/frequent, I would have no room for all my food and cat photos! Plus the newest version of the app has almost the same rating as this location. I’ll probably come back soon in hopes of some improvement since this is the closest Chipotle to me. It looks there’s going to be Chipotle at the Paragon/Livermore/SF outlets but who wants to deal with that terrible parking situation when there’s plenty of spaces here?

Chipotle has the same menu in each location, just the pricing. varies. the protein’s same, vessels same(bowl. burrito, taco, salad. etc.) parking is plentiful if in a shopping center.(like this one.) eats: carnitas bowl(7.65) –not as fulfilling as previous years –beans, rice, veggies, cheesejust no guac.(+2) –tasted fresher than most mexican eateries. take outs: –Chipotle HQ has ok’ed free food giveaway at Chipotle’s locations up to each manager as to what and when to give food away. stay tuned to ur fav location. –still hungry after fish & chip at Pacific Catch. .

Persimmon Place… the new hot spot in Dublin to shop(Whole Foods) or try some new restaurants. I came here the other night with my boyfriend, his suggestion. The main gripe about a new shopping center — parking. It was a random night, like a Wednesday night at 8PM and parking was still hard to find. I ended up going to the first row by the Whole Foods side and parking over there. If I went on the other side, I would have been closer to Nordstrom Rack. I know that we went kind of later, but I was disappointed that they had run out of crispy tacos. So I opted for a bowl. I’m pretty plain with my choices — chicken, white rice, sour crème, corn and cheese. My boyfriend got a bowl as well, but with steak. He didn’t complain and I didn’t notice a lack of meat in either of our meals, like others have mentioned. The bowl was actually quite filling and I took some home because I couldn’t finish it. The only thing I’d say is the cleanliness of the seating area. Tables needed to be wiped down, floors swept and trash taken out. At that point, when we were sitting and eating, they were not busy. One employee moved chairs, as if they were getting ready to close and going to do a full cleaning of the floors. But it was only 8:30 and they closed at 10. He left the chairs and didn’t come back to sweep while we were there. Maybe that was the plan, sweep after we left. But I really don’t have any idea. Would I come here again, based on the food? Sure. But with some of those other factors, I may stick to the one on the other side of town for now.

I always order Chipotle via my iPhone app(because I HATE their ordering system — as outlined in several other Chipotle reviews.) Yes, I order via the app to eat in the restaurant too, as I did today. This particular Chip. gets crappy reviews and as I’ve visited 3 – 4 times now, it’s warranted. The place is a mess — cheese and beans all over the floor, long lines of hungry-looking patrons and a parking situation that sucks! The food? Eh, about the same as most other Chip’s(except for and hopefully NO eColi!) 3 stars… should be better, however.

The line gods were finally in our favor… and the food was just fine. When you enter it is not clear where the line forms, unless of course there is a long one! I am a bowl gal, and I love to select my goodies at this cafeteria style spot. The food was standard issue, which I like. My favorite is a brown rice, Barbacoa, and corn salad bowl, and we share a guacamole and chips. We ate there and left as things started to get crowded. At least the line seemed to move for those folks!

The food here tastes like a regular Chipotle — but the service is so bad. It’s extremely slow and the workers are clearly not happy to be there. Our cashier was especially unfriendly — hope she’s found a new job by now! Also, tables are not cleaned regularly, and line gets backed up constantly. If you walk in starving(like we did), you’ll be absolutely hangry by the time you get to sit down and eat your food!

Honestly, I was pretty excited to see that a Chipotle was going to open near by me. Today, it was nothing but disappointment after another. I walked in and stood in line and I noticed that there was only one person taking someone’s order when there was a line starting to form. They were slowly packing the customer’s order in front of me and man the portion was small. I listened to the customer asking for a little more of this and that for everything she wanted. Chipotle is suppose to be very generous with their food from my own personal experience. Finally, it was my turn. I asked for a bowl and they put like… not even one full scoop of rice. and it just absolutely looked PATHETIC… i’m like… «can I get a little more? Since i am passing on the beans.» and the amount of Steak they put on my bowl, I’d probably count up to like… 10 small pieces. It’s sad to see that this place is barely a month old and it already has such horrible ratings. STEPUPYOURGAMECHIPOTLEANDSTARTGIVINGMOREFOOD !! also… them chips… are supposed to be heavenly… they were so dry… and stale… and hard… Like it’s been sitting on that shelf for a week.

I have visited this location 4 times now, since they opened and I’m very impressed on the improvement. Up to par with the other locations.
