Rockin Jump Dublin

We’ve attended many parties here. My kids love it here. The parties are always well run and most of the staff is very nice. I love that they have separate lineups for all the different parties so kids can get their socks and wristbands and run for the play area. When I brought my kids for the party, I had stopped for some Boba Tea. The sign said no outside food or beverages. Fortunately, they didn’t enforce this for my one drink. The pizza was decent. There were some areas where improvement could be made. The line at the rock wall climbing area was long. They had 3 stations of 4 working. Some workers were running a time limit and others were allowing 1 climb up and that was it. It should be fair for all and everyone should operate under the same rule. The snack bar was atrocious! There were about 15 people in line, and only one register working… I thought maybe they were short handed or some other unplanned mishap, then I looked again… they actually only had ONE register!!! They had pretzels hanging in the warmer, but when people ordered them, they were telling people they had to wait 7 – 10 minutes!!! It really needs to be run more efficiently and more customer friendly! Your paying for jump time, if your kid gets hungry or thirsty, time is wasted. It was really poor and unacceptable customer service. The young man at the register was very polite and friendly and doing his best, but time is money in this case…

The service wasn’t very good. I ordered chicken tenders and an icee I had to ask multiple times for my cup and when I finally got my food it was still frozen! And for $ 15 I was expecting more from the «café». The jumping and rock climbing was good and it was fun after all. Just eat before you go… save your money.

I have been coming here for the last 5years with my family and I love this place it’s great for the kids to get some energy out and to also play with others… Though the Rockin staff has changed many times the seem to always have very pleasant people … Danielle, Cecelia have always gone above and beyond and they are o reason we keep coming back…

I just threw my first — ever huge party and it was an equally huge success. I rented out Rockin jump for my son’s bar mitzvah celebration for about 50+ tweens and teens and a handful of adults. This is definitely the way to go. Your guests have run of the place, you have the whole lobby for eating, lounging, massage chairs, etc. There is lots of space to spread out and you can decorate and customize the party however you want. The kids had. A. Blast. Rockin jump provided a DJ, black light, socks, unlimited icees, and free use of massage chairs, all for about the price you normally pay for this type of party at any kind of venue. All I did was get some fancy balloons, food (I did use outside catering, not sure if they still allow that), a cool sign in board, and a giant pack of glow sticks, and voila, instant party.
I was a nervous wreck planning the party, and not one of my fears came true. I booked the venue about 10 months in advance through the corporate office. Since most of the people working there are young, I was worried about turnover and miscommunication. Nope. Erica at corporate helped me every step of the way, from the day I booked until the day of the party. Response time was very quick (email is best). The folks at the Dublin site were incredibly accommodating. Thanks to their diligence in checking waivers in the weeks leading up to the party, they were able to check in 51 kids in 19 minutes. That must be a record! I made 2 or 3 separate advance visits with lists of questions, and they took time out to help me every time. The caterer and balloon decorator did the same and the Rockin jump staff was just as friendly and accommodating to them. On the night of the party, they provided 9 (!) staff members: 4 at the trampolines, 4 party hosts, and the manager. Everything ran smoothly and when little things did come up, they took care of them right away. The staff was super sweet, making my son a special t shirt, signing his board, etc.
Obviously, this won’t be a yearly thing for me, but for a special occasion or big event, a Rockin jump private party is a fun, unique experience for kids and adults. Two lessons I learned for next time were 1: book your party for longer than you think you need. I booked for two hours, but I should have done 3. I could have used an extra half hour on the front end to set up, and then had an extra half hour for jumping, eating, and socializing. #2: if you have a slideshow or montage, put it on 4 flash drives, so you can see it on all 4 TVs. I only used one, and it kind of got lost in the shuffle, but that thrilled my kid who didn’t want me to make one at all. It ended up being a win-​win, because I just left it on loop, and the people who wanted to see it, watched it.
Would do it again in a heartbeat, but I only have 1 kid!

Overpriced, freezing cold and terrible concessions. I can count on one hand the number of low-​star Unilocal reviews I’ve ever written but this one was unavoidable.
First off, $ 41 for 2 kids for a 90 minute activity is steep in my book. That includes the «special» socks they require you to buy even though my almost 2 and 4 year olds were already wearing socks with grips. We’ve been to other trampoline parks that are far less expensive, equally outfitted with jumping features and don’t require you to buy socks AND permitted outside snacks/​drinks for little ones.
Bring a down jacket if you come in January! I was freezing the entire time and was wearing a jacket, scarf, pants and boots! I get that they probably don’t want kids/​people sweating with all the jumping activity but they could at least have the place set to 65+ in winter to make it comfortable. Both of my kids hands were ice cold in there and they were warmly dressed and being active.
If you can’t bring in outside food then appropriately staff your concession stand! My brother waited 45 minutes for a cold chicken wrap. It was a Saturday morning so the one girl staffed was busy making pizzas for 3 birthday parties but a 45 minute wait to get food with no other customers in line ahead is ludicrous.
We’ll be in search of a new trampoline park for our kiddos.

OK place! Kids had fun. They make rules once you are at the counter knowing well that the kids will be disappointed if you turn back. They want you to buy 2.50 $ for socks. how is their socks any different than normal socks… ways to make money. But they just lost a customer.

We come here for toddler time semi frequently & we love it except its so freezing cold in there! Its 56 degrees & the fan is on cold air! So strange when its so cold outside.
We had my daughter’s 3^rd bday party here & I put in my food order. It was pizza, drinks, fruit bowl & veggie platter. They said they don’t do veggie platters anymore so I was ok with just a fruit bowl with the pizza & sodas. The day of the party they didnt have my fruit bowl on the order so my party just ate pizza. They couldn’t make a fruit bowl last minute & didn’t comp anything even though they messed up. I was very embarrassed my party only had pizza to eat.

Kiddo and friends had a blast. There’s a large eating/​waiting area, which was noisy (no surprise), but well kept.
We went on a Wednesday, which is billed as «2 hrs for $ 14» on their website. We pulled into the parking lot at 3:15; it took 10 minutes to reach the cashier and complete our transaction, then another few minutes to find a cubby, change to the required socks and store gear. Kids started jumping at 3:30. At 5:00 their time was up (based on the wristbands we were given). So really, it was 1.5 hours for $ 14. I took off one star because of this.

This place is great for kids 3^rd grade and up. We took our 4 year olds here and although they had fun they were running and playing alongside middle schoolers and high schoolers.
Highly reccomend going on wednesday when you get your 2^nd hour for free. Its a bit steep for $ 15 for one hour on the trampolines.
The facilities it self are are really nice and clean.

For 1 hr entertainment you pay $ 14.00 and now forced to pay $ 2.45 for the socks. The socks was not required all these days and now we are forced to pay. Thanks for making it more expensive. You just lost a customer.

We had our son’s birthday party here and it was great! Both kids and adults jumped and really enjoyed themselves. The facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Food is okay. There’s was plenty of time to jump. The kids wanted to skip food and cake to jump longer. The only thing I wish is that we had more time in the party room. 30 minutes isn’t much time to eat pizza and have cake.

Hi… it’s Ethan. I’m six now. My mom and dad have been Unilocaling for a while and every now and then they let me talk about a place.
Rockin Jump is way awesome. I have so much fun here. My dad says I am gonna break my arm but I am a professional. My favorite thing to do is the trampoline dodgeball followed by the jousting.
Mom sits on the couches relaxing while dad watches me play. My older sister brings me here all the time too. This is our place.
Its not too busy on the weekdays. Weekends its gets busy though.
For some reason Mom and Dad never complain about sending me… I guess its cuz I always sleep real good after I get back.

I brought my daughter and a friend here on a Saturday evening and was dismayed at the lack of staffing. Entire areas were left unsupervised, creating a dangerous situation for smaller children who ran the risk of being stampeded by uncaring adults and teenagers. The gladiator pit and basketball court did not have a rockinjump employee present, and the main trampoline area had a single teenage attendant to sometimes more than 60+ jumpers. Several times I had to yell at my daughter to watch out for careless adults who felt that they owned the place (and received no warnings from the staff to be mindful of children).
When I voiced my concern to the front desk, I was told that they are always short staffed, and that «our headquarters only cares about profits, not safety». Their words, not mine…

Such a fun place not only for kids but grown ups too! My boyfriend and I decided to try something new rather than traditional dinner and a movie and we had a blast. We haven’t laughed that hard in a while. It’s a huge space and I really like how they have different sections (6 & under, basketball, rock climbing, foam pit, etc). There is also a snack bar and free lockers! For 1 hour of jumping and 2 pairs of socks, it was around $ 16 thanks to groupon!

Must bring your own socks or else they’ll charge you $$$.
This place is fun for kids although the bathroom smells like urine.
The snack bar has typical unhealthy, greasy food.

Took my whole family here and we all had a blast!
It’s fun for kids all the way up to those in their 40s.
It’s great for the family or kids, but I wouldn’t recommend it for adults-​only since it’s catered towards families.
It’s not a 5-​star because they make you buy their own socks which I didn’t know about, but the socks are great for jumping so can’t complain too much. Overall I love this place!

Standard trampoline park. They got a foam block pit, X-​beam fighting, climbing wall, dodge ball, 2 basketball dunk lanes, and an open jump area with segregated area for little jumpers under 6 y/​o.
Cool AC, snack bar, lockers, massage chairs, and party rooms.
Staff is organized and professional.
You must wear their grippy socks ($ 2/​pair). No socks from home allowed.
Have your waivers signed before you arrive.

Really disappointed they didn’t honor my groupon. I called twice before buying it to make sure I could use it during tot time. Thankfully groupon is refunding me. My 3year old had fun, but was bored after an hour.

I came here a few months ago and complained that there was no toddler area during open jump times. I was told that there is the Rockin Tots jump time — which is fine, but what if you have older kids and a toddler? I was happy to see today that they took this into consideration and now they have a section for those who are 6 and under. Other must have made a similar comment.
Today I actually went to Rockin Tot time. I showed up right at 9am and told them I have a Groupon to use. Before purchasing the Groupon, I checked the Q&A section, where someone asked if you could use the Groupon for Tot Time. Someone called «Sammy T» answered «Yes you can use this during Rockin Tots». I don’t know who Sammy T is, but he/​she answered all the Q&A questions, so I am assuming he/​she works for Rockin Jump. Going back to today, the girl at the front checking us in told me I couldn’t use it for Rockin Jump time since it’s a two hour jump time (Groupon is for two people for one hour of jump time). I asked if I could just use it and stay for just one hour. No. And since we were already there and I didn’t want to deal with it any further, I just paid the $ 15 for the 2 hours and stayed for 1 hour as planned. Grrr. I see from a few other reviews their customer service needs some help.
I emailed Groupon for a refund, and it will be a while before I willingly go back and pay them for something that should be fun, not frustrating. I will attach a picture of the Q&A. Anyone thinking of getting a Groupon for them better call, get info, AND ask for a name of who you are talking to. Cover all your bases before you show up and are told otherwise.

Don’t get me wrong kids love this place! It js clean and open. Lots of open areas for kids to play. The few issue I have:
— website: I wanted to get 2 hour tickets for a small group of kids and this option was not available to buy online. Stupid.
— no phone support. I called all week and no one picks up the phone. Ended up as to come in person to get the 2 hour tickets.
