Established in 1991.

Corporate Games, Inc. Team Building was founded with the goal of developing ways to accelerate adult learning in an enjoyable, team format. Since its inception, a wide variety of games and activities have been developed to meet a vast number of issues that face businesses today. Corporate Games events range from fun and entertaining games to serious workshops on communication, change and integration.

Our facilitators are unsurpassed for their «people skills.» Our business has thrived on repeat customers who recognize the importance not just our unique and creative activities– but the skill of the people who deliver them.

Business Owner

Cynthia Shon… is the founder and president of Corporate Games, Inc. Team Building, an internationally recognized team building and experiential learning company. Corporate Games specializes in creating entertaining activities and events that help teach business and communication skills– as well as promote team building. Since its inception in 1991, companies such as American Express, Microsoft, Google, Wells Fargo, Genentech, Ebay and many more have taken advantage of their creative talents.

Cynthia has a degree in Educational Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley, and is a former sales and marketing executive and corporate trainer. She is an advocate of life-​long education, and is a pioneer in developing business workshops that are interactive and fun. A member of MPI (Meeting Professionals International) for more than 19 years, she also served on the Northern California Chapter’s board of directors for four years and was voted «Meeting Professional of the Year»
